I have hired an Advocate in the UK to assist me with claiming my winning. He confirmed having attended at the Lottery Board and confirmed that the claim is valid. He sent me a Power of Attorney for him to act on my behalf, after having returned the Power of Attorney he is now claiming his fees be paid upfront before he can assist me further. I have not heard from him for days as I advised that I dont have the moneys to pay him upfront and that I was willing to pay extra for him to assist me in getting my winnings and thereafter I would be able to pay. Still no word. Why do they make it vertually impossible for poor people like me to collect our winnings. Everyone wants money upfront.
