I THINK THESE CHEATS SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR SENDING FAKE WINNING EMAILS. GOVT NEEDS TO TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THESE PEOPLE BEFORE SOME ONE BECOMES A SAD VICTIM OF THESE FRAUDS.
