i baught a nokia 3120c last year but it started showing problem on 20 sep 2009 and i submitted my mobile phone in nokia care on 26 sep 2009
due to engineer's mishandling the pannel of my phone got cracked on 3 oct 2009 when i went to nokia care to collect my handset i saw that crack and told the engineer about it he told me that they will change pannel of my phone and asked me to collect handset by 6 oct 2009
but till today i had not recieved my handset
i request you to take a strict action against them

Two months back one of my friend had got sms from guld beer @live.com that he had won 200000 pounds and he send his details to [protected]@live.com. after that he got a message to his email that they had send the the draft of 200000 pounds and for he want to pay 550$ for the clearing charges .
My friend is very poor he did not had so much of money he had borrowed from his work place and he paid the clearance charges. after that he came to know that he was cheated. After knowing that he had commited sucide .
Please give me suggession what to do
