I have also recieved that sms stating that i won a prize in MOBILEDRAW @LIVE.COM i.e 2009 SHELL INT"L MOBILE DRAW.
Pls Read the below information that may help you.

I tried to find something regarding the same.
1. I did not get any proper website dedicated for this contect where people could find the details.
2.I did not get any information stating the relation between www.live.com and Shell Int.(Try visiting both websites and you wont find anything.)
3.Most Important : once you get the SMS stating that you won. Now after getting this message u people might have send emails to recpective person whose name is stated in that SMS and he replys you.
At the end of the same email you will find some Photos of Previous winners (at Bottom).
Right Click on those Photos and Select - Open in new window option and then you will find that those photos are of winners of some other lotteries that they won by purchasing the tickets like normal Lucky Draw of different companies and not for the Shell or Live.com Mobile Draw.
Dear friends I hereby request you Please dont Panic and do not send any information to them until you get any confirmation.
Pls try and find some more information and keep informing us all here.
