I got the msg on my no that I won the annual microsoft mobile draw 2009. I think its just a mislead of yours bcoz I havent participated in any of such contest and I see that many people have been fooled by such messages...

According to the msg I shld get 500, 000 pounds to get it I shld contact some Prof. don kennedy...

If its just a mislead or some kinda making fool of people I m going to file a case in consumer court against you all I think this will do bcoz you are making fool out of of innocent people

I had received such SMSes and also emails but as I am a regular visitor of RBI site www.rbi.org.in which has message running on the site which says Beware of Fictitious Offers/Lottery Winnings/Cheap Fund Offers: RBI ...The Reserve Bank of India has, today once again clarified that remittance in any
form towards participation in lottery schemes is prohibited under the Foreign Exchange
Management Act, 1999. Further, DATED 30JULY 2009.
I HAD WRITTEN TO Shell petroleum company of Nigeria and also to Access bankPLC-Nigeria regarding the receipt of the Email for disbursement of funds. Kindly find below the reply rceived from them.I hope this would satisfy all the people who have recd the SMS or email so that they would not fall prey to
such tempting offers and losing money. I was lucky enough to be saved and that is the mail purpose of writing this mail.
