I am sorry to say that any body who is responsible are being replied to the complainant or not. Merly complaining does not solve the problem.Therefore it is quite necessary to confirm the contents of the e-mail is true or not by the competent authority or the concerned Govt, department or the respectiuve Bank.So that others may easily relay upon such replies given to complainants. If otherwise unnecessarily separate complaints are being forwarded and lies as it is. Therefore please clarify the doubts at the earliest.
