Received a text on my mobile regarding the shell price money that I've won 2500000 GBP and I did contact them ny sending my personal details, they replied back and asked to contact Heathrow couriers and they replied back by telling me that I need to pay for the delivery charges. But i did tell them to send my DD first and the will i pay They never replied back. Is it a fraud of collecting money from people please reply?
