Dear Sir/Madam,
I am being charged Rs 30/-Monthly for No Reasons for subscription to "Caller Tune Services "for the last so many months.
Despite having requested your Cutomer care officer / 6789 to one Prince Jindal on phone last month about this anomoly I find you are still continuing with your Charges whereas I am not at all wanting to use this Caller Tune facility.
I have Sent many times SMS on this to discontinue Caller Tune Facility but in vain.On the contrary we get funny reply that you have entered a wrong key word rather taking cognigence of my complaint.
I know that not many o[censored]s would like to move consumer court for this small amount .But this is a big monthly amount to me for I being a small time teacher.
I am sure you can not stop us changing over to some other service provider if you continue charging us like this.
I would once again request you to look into my complaint & please stop charging me this monthly Rs 30/- failing which I shall be forced to discontinue with your so called Services.
