I have brought 1 pair of sandals on 18/8/2013 for rs 1350 from forum mall Bangalore . after one week only that sandals upper layer gum every thing became open. So i am unable to wear. Thing is for 1 week only sandal got spoiled. i can not go to that shop again for repair for one week.

I bought Mochi shoes worth Rs. 3500 in month of Feb 2012 from Pune InOrbit showroom. They promised to give 1 year free service. Since the time i bought my shoes my shoe lace has been torn 3 times. First time i had gone to store for replacement, they gave me new laces after 1 month. Since second time they are not even ready to listen to me... They are saying that they can only replace it once.
Want kind of shoes are these??? Pure leather they mentioned... What the [censored]
Hate Mochi... Will never buy shoes from them again... Please ALL kindly check the quality of shoes/footwear before buying...

i bought a pair of shoes from mochi, fun mall lucknow in Rs3000. However i am a regular customer of this brand but this time was the time when i got to know the real customer service of this brand. It's worst...
I complaint of the shoe just 1 month after i bought my shoe but at that time i was not in city so they told me that whenever u will come here we r gonna repair it...
Now when i went to the shop for repair they told me it will take 25days... i said OK but after 1month 15days when i din't get any response i went back to the shop and they tells me the condition of your shoes is non repairable so we cant repair it however it was under warrenty period...

I tried to contact to the shop but there number was not working. As I m living in Delhi so couldn't come for the replacement. Therefore i request you to please help me with replacing this shoe. I shall be thankful to you all for this.

I bought a heel with zip at its back form a store of mochi in lucknow. it was not at all comfortable. i was not able to walk for a minute. I had wounds.
then i got it replaced in the month of may from banglore.
Then I bought a paltform n a slipper. I started wearing the flats in the month of october. and the sole came out at the end of november. and i didn't wear it regularly.
wow so lovely and durable products mochi offer...
They wasted my 3000 rs
