Bought a bridal collection named cheemo from mochi and had wore for my weddung day & couldnt wear it after that all the stones came out

I have purchased mochi shoes, but after few time this shoes sole is melting and breaking on it own... Without any more uses.. That is a Material and Manufacturing Defects... While
We are wareing this shoes on any occasionally we does not use daily...
So want to replace it kindly consider my complaint... And take necessary actions... Regarding this issue further details atteched in this mail..

I had placed an order from Mochi shoes website on 23rd of August 2023 and it showed it will be dispatched within 3-4 days and that didn't happened and the order status showed pickup cancelled, so I called the customer care to check on the status, they said due to some technical error it didn't got shipped will raise a ticket and get this resolved within24-48 hours I said Okay I can wait till that, but after the given time the status was same and called again and they said the same thing, later on 3rd call I asked to cancel the order they said okay will do that this will take 2-3 days and after that 5-7 days for the refund, I said okay.

I waited for that time period but didn't received the refund, after that I wrote a mail and also called they said "we would request you to allow us some more time so that we can help you with an update regarding your refund for the said order." and after that I had followed up multiple times and each time that say the same thing, today is 21st Sep 2023 and I ordered on 23rd Aug 2023, you all can see it been a almost a month, I would highly recommended not to order from Mochi Shoes.

As i order crocs with size fit issue i place return pickup on 22/11/22 till now 29/11/22 their is no response recently i called customer care when iam expressing my problem he end my call and not solved my prblm daily iam requesting but till now their is no response

I am attaching the transfer details of 24th June but till date I have not received any response from your side.

Request to please resolve the issue as soon as possible,

Bought a pair of wedges from mochi website online. The wedges did not last even for a day, the upper layer of sandal came off in just one day o[censored]sing them
The heel is even overrated and was bought by me from the official mochi website itself still the quality was not what I expected from a company like mochi
Very disappointed with the product as well as the services. Would not recommend.

I ordered shoes price rs 1495 online from mochi shoes website.some problem so i returned product and returned completed showing my return status but still not amount refund my account.more than 15 days.

It’s poor quality

I ordered a pink formal pumps which was first 1745 rupees. I got the shoes but the fit was a bit large. So I returned it. The delivery person came the next day. And picked up the shoes. Then again I was waiting to get my money. I even ordered another size of the same shoe but the price was 700 rupees more than the first price. After 7 days the website showed me that the the company accepted the return product but still I didn't get my money back. I ordered the shoe on mochi's own website. I need my money back.

Diffactive product I receive... I paid full price but I receive defective product colour is coming out another pair got broken... I can say mochi product is worst product...never recommend any one to buy

I have made return request of my product, but yet no response has been received. Even product is of very poor quality

And all numbers of customer care are either not reachable or is switched off

I ordered a pair of shoes from the official website of Mochi shoes on 23/05/2021. Till now there hasn't been any update on the order from the company's side despite mailing them 5-6 times regarding the same. There hasn't been any reply to any of the mails from their side. I even warned them about registering a complaint on the consumer forum but even then couldn't get any reply. They just cancelled my order 4-5 days back without notifying me and there's hasn't been any communication regarding the refund so far.
I am just requesting a quick refund to my account through this complaint, and also a response from the company regarding any action they take, whether it's cancelling the order or about the refund because as of now I have no clue about whether the refund has been processed or not as they aren't replying to my emails. At least we expect them to reply to their customers' mails. It's highly disappointing.

I bought wedges from mochi fun republic mall lucknow. There is some balancing problem with that. I wore it only 3-4 times. Every time, my legs get disbalanced while walking even on the plain surface. My legs got injured very badly 2 times. I fell off 2 times because of this balancing problem.

I order a wallet from mochishoes.com And when I was doing payment I choose debit card payment option and the payment gateway was ccavenue. After submitting otp the ccavenue shows successful payment but then mochishoes page was not reload. The payment amount was Rs 655. The amount was debited from my sbi account

I faced the harrassed by the manager o[censored] r mochi store bhubaneswar, when i gave a complaint that my sandal was peeled it was the manufacture defective piece he argued me and he has done nothing instead of solving the issue. I have complained in twitter and mailed but no use all were having limitations and helpless to replace my sandal. I can't to whom i have complain genuinely i want justice replacement

I bought formal shoes from mochi store, on the same day, i observed a big nail coming out of those shoes. I went to the store on the same day of the purchase and to return that product. They were very rude saying what is the issue with the shoes and they do not guarantee the quality of the product. I had bought belly for my mother from mochi store yamuna nagar, haryana. But they given me defected piece it loose its pasting after 15 days.. So i complainted to store they said leave belly here and we wl send to mumbai and they will repair it properly. The belly costed me 2000rs. So costly belly works only 15 days it is very poor quality. So give me new pair of belly as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take action legally. They had given me recipt of sole pasting i am attaching that reciept.

I have tooked 4 shoes in that one shoes got damage I had seen that in home I as soon as saw I have called that person that i got damage we have not seen there both side shoes I took that shoes to give my father so I just took the bag and left not even saw other shoes just try one side pair of shoes he putted in box and gave me ..I m very disappointed from the mochi brand because they cheated openly to regular customer
now they are saying it's not there fault

I bough a pair of Mochi footwear from their Hyderabad outlet during Sale. I did not use it immediately since I had other pairs. After about 6 months when I took it out for wearing, the upper layer came off. I somehow managed for full day in office but by evening the sole came off. So, my footwear did not last even for a day. The price tag (still on the bottom) says its for Rs 890. And I bought it at 50% sale, so it costed Rs. 445 to me. My question - Is Rs 445 not good enough to get a footwear which will last for more than a day? Attaching the picture. From this it can be observed that the outside dark brown border is what is left from the entire brown base which came off today on first use. I wish I had taken 'before picture' of this footwear. But I do have a few more new pairs from Mochi. Will be careful to take 'before pictures' before I start to use them. I am a big fan of Metro shoes. Just for a change I tried Mochi, but the experience was really bad. Worst part, I have 3 more new pair of Mochi footwear with me :(

I am a regular customer of MOCHI shoes . I have bought a pair of MOCHI Shoes worth RS 2000 from Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad in the Month of Nov - 2013 and i wore them only for 1 month but it got damaged in 1 month itself . This is totally unbearable. I got transferred from Hyderabad to Mumbai and now i want my shoes to be changed as MOCHI gives the guarantee of shoes replacement if damaged within 3 months of time period. I had brought Franco Leone shoes around a month back worth 2600.Those shoes got torned within 20 days.I went to the outlet in Ghatkopar Rcity Mall.They gave a reciept which mention some code starting with GTM.Its been a month I am not getting any response from that outlet.I went to the store twice after that and that ba****d manager says will give you a call in the evening. Hi i had purchased a mochi shoe of rs.1400 on 26/11/2012 from grand hotel, kolkata and used it hardly for 20 times. Its condition got deteriorated and i gave it showroom during the month of august 2013. the salesman guaranteed me that my shoe will be replaced or a credit note will be issued of the same amount. in the month of september i got a call from mochi showroom, they told me that my shoes has been returned from mumbai . those people have fooled me, neither my shoes got replaced nor credit note given to me. i need a solution for this. this kind of treatment should not be done. i called mr. rajesh (mumbai) but he didnt give any solution to this. this kind of service should not be provided by such a reputed company. my repair bill no is 9381.

i purchased a mochi shoes (loyality id :- QCJ9S9ZR7G) in December 2011 from Begumpeth - hyderabad Center costing appr. Rs.3000/-, and the same has got cracks and lines within 6 months. when the same reported to the center response was highly irresponsible and unconvincing.

Although i tried first time the Mochi shoes, i was informed that i serves for long period. i am really unhappy and unsatisfied with the brand.

i will definitely think twice to purchase the same brand in future with such kind of quality and response..

i HAD PURCHASED A PAIR OF WHITE MOCHI Chappals ON 12.09.2010. However the buckle of the shoe came off. I went to the store in Korum mall in Thane and asked the dealer to get it repaired. He gave me a repair slip and told that it would be repaired within a few days. However till now I have not received the chappals back and now he is saying that the chappal cannot be repaired and that i will get 50% refund. Why should I be put to loss?...

I had bought a pair of shoes from Mochi shoes (Baroda, Gujarat).
Since I already had another pair of shoes with me I did not use the new ones bought from Mochi for approximately 5 months.
Now on 16th of Oct 2010 I started using the new Mochi shoes.
Within 10 days the sole started tearing off and there were a lot of crimples in the shoes.
Today when I took them to the shop their executive Mr. Nasir told me that their shoes are made in such a way that if I dont wear them and keep them packed this will always happen. Also their owner Mr. Huzefa was very rude and said that no matter what they will not replace the shoes and informed me that this type of problem will always happen in Mochi shoes if we dont wear them.

I have been using Mochi Shoes for only last 6 months. But with my surprise, the shoe get torned and I cannot wear it now a days. I'm very depressed and I want a solution of repair or replace.
