[Resolved]  Modern Computers — Very poor service & irresponsible Employees

I bought a laptop from modern computers. Eventhough they promised to deliver immediately,they took 2 days to deliver the laptop. As promised by them the next day a service engineer came for installation of Operating Syatem. After spending an hour, he was unable to install the same and he left from my house promising that he will come back next day and install the same. But he never came and when i called him up he said that he has many jobs assigned to him and he won'tt come that day.The next day when i called him up he said that he'll come in the evening. As usual, he didn't come that day too.The next day, when i contacted their head office for reporting this problem, they didn't even hear it and said that they will call back in 10 mins as they were busy at that time. As of now, even a week after purchasing the laptop, they haven't come to install the OS. When we call them, we get a very irresponsible response from them.

acer computer — fraud in giving services of computer

goodmorning sir,
My name is raghvendra singh rajawat.sir, i bought a laptop on 10/09/2008 from nucleus power control equipment (p)tld gwalior. sir recently i faced some problem related to my laptop, i was
giving my laptop to a nucleus system for servicing, when i took my laptop to home, instently I found that some part of my laptop are missing, when i told them about this incidence they told me we are not resposible for this type of such problems.
I am also very shocked when I told them, that i will complain in consumer form against you they said me that you can complaint aginst me ( I DON'T CARE { GO TO HELL } ).

acer computer — Problem in product after repairing(Within 24 HR)

Hi..

I had given a complain about my computer desktop on 04/12/2009 complain no:[protected]

engineer were visited twice,first he came verified the problem its problem in mother board,then he came two days back and replaced the mother board.(yesterday)

still i am finding the problem in my computer.

its showing some kind of error,its takes 10 min to get start.and also get shut down again and again( Massage come like No Signal)

its a very much inconvinience for me to work without my working tool.

also i am not satisfied with quality of service because i am finding problem in your product again.

it will be great if you can fix the problem permanently or replace the faulty product.

i trusted on your product by name of your brand but now i have my doubt in mind about the product and brand.

modern computers sucks, It is fooling people with there money.they dont have any customer care, once you buy any product from they and you go to them for any defects . they if never care about that.

As a upcomming brand, I did not expected this from you, As I have not recieved any reply so far.Today i approched teh Thirovottiyur brach for teh replcement of my pen drive, they refused to do the needful and also the answer that they provied was not satisfactory.
You are pushing me to the limits this, if you are not interested in replacing the defect product, atleast i expect you to inform me . I will be waiting for your reply for the follwing questions.

1, Will you be replacing the pen drive with RS 500.00 compensation. or will you refund me the full amount with 18% interest payeble to me with RS 500.00 compensation for the inconvience accoured to me.

2.can you solve this issue with in 10 days of this mail recieved to you.

3.do you people have any customer care

I used it for couple of days and kept in the safe for a some time, however it’s not working, My desktop and my lap top but are not even detecting the pen drive once I insert it.



Kindly let me if its possible to replace it with new one As it is in guarantee period and I have the bill with me.

Yes, Same thing happen to me they delivered the lap top after three days, though i paid them the full amount.
modern computers sucks, It is fooling people with there money.they don't have any customer care, until once you buy any product from them they are fine and once you go to them for any defects . they will run also they will not try to avoid you, they dont give any proper contact details even there web sited they have not provide the customer care number . This is cheating...Soon I going to sue then in consumer forum...they if never care about that.

I agree with u, they sucks to the core. If you pay some thing in advance they make you more irritate, so dont pay anything advance... i left sum of rs 500/- still now no response, am going to conclude my self that giving 500 rs to a begger.

They are worst in service.We bought one computer from modern computers, they are fraud peoples, they will sell the worst quality with brand name.

They will conduct expo and sell the damaged products, even though we are in IT field, they made fool o[censored]s, think about non computer peoples, easily they will cheat the peoples, don't buy anything in "Modern Computers" best purchase computers from authorized dealers of computer show rooms.

About Service: The service engineers don't have experience even they could not able to assemble it properly.

Simply to say modern computers are fraud people don't purchase any computers, they will cheat you.

Any one can contact me regarding this.I am having proof.

My friend has bought a computer brand name HCL desktop from MODERN COMPUTERS worth Rs.37, 000

I am an system assembler without informing me he has bought that computer. When I estimated the system price it was just for the worth of max Rs.16, 000. for the reset of the amount the showroom has give lots and lots of gifts like micro owen, perndrive, electric rice cooker and a lot. With the help of gifts they are covering the people and sale their products to show that they are the best.

Please I request everyone not to buy a system, laptop or any product from MODERN COMPUTERS.
I am not referring modern computer showroom to anyone it is No:1 fraud and worst in service.
i bought one Laptop from modern computers past 6month ago they r giving a very good service even though iam in outstation they r supporting me very well through online solution.pls maintain ths.

Iam S.NarayanaPillai, have purchased one ACER DESKTOP with accesories fro Modern Computers, Nagercoil(Kanyakummaridistrict) vide invoice no.CA911 on 14.012011 for Rs.25500/- on cash.Within this short period of three months they have cheated, irritated and created a bad image on Modern Computers as worst and fraud firm and as a irresponsible cheating firm.
I completely agree that modern computers service is really pathetic and their employees are irresponsible to the core. In fact, i have purchased 3 laptops from modern computers earlier, bt this is the first time i experience how incredibly they are cheating. I ordered a Samsung laptop last week from Modern computers, Adayar last week (10th June 2011). The sales lady spoke as sweet and i in fact paid complete amount - 29, 650 expecting door delivery on Monday as promised by her. Bt, to my surprise, when i called up on monday, that lady told i didnt write my mobile no so they cant deliver on Monday and she promised delivery on Tuesday. After calling 3-4 times, i got delivery at home around 9.30 PM on Tuesday. On while casually checking, (1) i found out the RAM provided was 2GB instead of 4GB as ordered, and the printed bill clearly stated 4 GB. (2) Back bag was missing (3) Pen drive as part of offer written in bill wasn't given. Out of sheer frustration, i called up on Wednesday, and the guy casually told, "Enna sir RAM problem ah? Onnum prachana ila, bring ur laptop, we ll add". So, wednesday evening, i went to store, and those guys told RAM stock not available, and had sworn that they will deliver on Thursday. when i called up today evening, they told tmw morning to my horror. The lady just didn't answer the phone even thou she was present and asked her colleague to speak! ! Till now, i didnt get my laptop... Lesson - 1. Dont pay until your get delivery. 2. Verify every specification from OS, RAM, Hard disc or whatever they have told in bill.

Modern computers is very very poor service & no proper response. pls dont buy computers, laptops in this store. Especially in kaladipet(thiruvottiyur)

I had visited the Mordern store computers show room in Ashok nagar branch yesterday[protected]. It is really pathetic, Mordern Computer store employees provide a pathetic customer services towards a customer who is ready to purchase a laptop worth 60, 000 bucks. The agent was very irresponsible and did not bother to answer any of my queries instead was busy playing Minesweeper game on his laptop for the sales purpose, He was so reluctant in explaining me the product and the price details and details about the payment through credit card details and the exchange of my previous Laptop.

If a sales executive is not attentive in answering my queries, how can you expect sales of your products across your stores

I expected a lot from you - Modern computers. I just wanted to convey this poor customer services and useless staffs in your company, I got many other stores in the city to buy a Lap top.
I have paid money for buing a new system dual core in the mount road[protected] branch before twoo weeks and still, not have recieved the system and then i told to cancle the my order and pay my money back and its nearly one week i have not got the money what kind of service is this. I don't have word to explain


i don't any quarrel just give my money back...
