Modern Computers — not keeping their promises

i booked for a dell laptop computer in a mela(computer exhibition) conducted by Modern coputers at valluvar kottam on aug 1st. i asked for certain model(with configuration i had chosen this model from the website of dell) they told me it will cost Rupees 36,000 and odd eventhough it was morethan the rate i had seen in the website i believed this people and paid Rs1000/- as advance once i paid the advance the reps told me the OS they are going to incorporate is a pirated one i asked for Windows7 premium original but they told me that it wont be available in INDIA but after i showed them paper cutting with advertisement they told me to pay 7000 rs more i was ready to do it they told me to come after 7days and delivery of the computers but no news for nearly one month after when i went to their headoffice in KK.NAGAR they told me after 5 visits and after numerous phone calls(i made) they toldme that model was not available.Eventhoughi am a doctor i was made to go to their office 10 -15 times i was paid my advance money in my 15th visit nobody cares for the customer in their office no higher authorities or chief to look after the office,nobody knows it or not bothered to have any care or concern for the customers how does dell authorize them to be their distributor????.I am now asking my fellow doctors not to buy computers in Modern computers
