The Modi Service Engineers are so capable that as the bonnet was moving tight, instead of lubricating they hammered the hinges, resulting dent and color damage of bonnet and both the side fendors. They colored both the fendors and the bonnet in a weeks time and again on the day of delivery broke the rear glass, wind sheild and now these ******** are asking me to claim the glass through insurance.
My question is why should i use my benefits for their mistakes. Firstly the [censored]d my brand new car which went for a general service and again broke the glass, and now telling me to claim insurance for their mistakes.
They should remove the tag line which is behind every car --- Caring for you ... always, as the 3 dots between the statement has a hidden truth.
