My ac was not working just a normal thing and they charge me 40000 approx of work of[protected]maximum .so we are not giving our vehicle in modi hyundai kalyan and we req to not take our labour and don't change working parts with dummy off parts it's a small req and warning

Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that our policy will expire today by 12 midnight, hence when I was about to renew it, I was shocked to see that my vehicle registration number mentioned in the policy is wrong . For these many days I trusted your services blindly and renewed it every year .
How can such a reputed firm like you who are associated with a brand like Hyundai make such grave mistake. By gods grace until now nothing untoward has happened, what if any major accident would have happened, you would have just denied any claims giving the reason of wrong registration vehicle number.
Who should be held responsible for this? These kind of mistakes are not acceptable from your end.
PS - we haven’t even received the RC book till date, how can one know if the number given on the number plate by hyundai is correct or the one mentioned on the policy. For all these reasons I am unable to renew my policy. Id any untoward happens before the renewal of the policy, you will be entirely responsible for it.
Kindly look into this matter asap..

    Fixed a service of my car ( pick up), time fixed was 10 am for pickup, driver arrives at 12 pm giving all rubbish excuses of signals for a 3 km road.
    Coming to services - things which I wanted to be done was not included in the bill, things which I have no problem for were included making bill amount of more than 11k.
    All 3x charges than the regular ones
    Finally had to cancel the service and demand for a car drop for which they again had excuses of lunch break etc etc
    Really horrible service experienced from Modi Hyundai.
    Unprofessional behaviour too

      I have a complaint against Modi Hyundai Bhandup. The staff there is really unprofessional and they change extra for everything. They promise 2 years free service with a new car bought but don't provide the same. They put in unnecessary spare parts in the car and force the customer to pay for them. They don't support complaints even if part are in warranty or damaged by them.

        Whenever we booked the creta the executive told them that the vehicle will be the given to you march end or april end.

        when we came to know that after 1 and half months, the executive left modi Hyundai showroom Kalyan kongaon, that person left the organization, after that there was no update, we were getting proper.

        its bad we are not getting any update we are going empty form modi Hyundai Kalyan that if the vehicle is available then we will call you but it should not take so much time everyone is being given vehicle in there.

        whenever we are calling he is saying six months waiting.

          I have taken grandi10 car from Modi Hyudai vasai east. While purchasing they promise you many things. But in real it seems a big liability for us. The service they provide is very very bad. First of all the charges are too high just for pick up n drop they charge 2500 for even short distances. There is no coordination between the staff internally. Once you have given the car to them discussing all the problems then again atleast 4 to 5 times the operating staff everytime a new girl responds to you, asking you to again describe what was the problem with ur car. The girls while talking to us before servicing gives us the estimate n later once your car is at the service centre again a new estimate comes from the mechanic. Later after so much of discussion about all petty charges they add, they commit us the exact date n time to return the car after servicing. But here again they fail to their commitment and u have to wait for their new day n time postponing all our further trips. This is really very disgusting that even paying so high amount for pick up n drop n also for servicing we are not at all satisfied with their service. I strongly recommend not to purchase any car cos their service after sales is very degrading.

Mere 15/12/2022 ko pick & drop se car Modi Hyundai Kalyan ke showroom may bheja cha gps map update le ke liye 2 din tak kuch kiya nahi aur bola ki time lagta hay usko aur mera car return kiya firse Sunday ko pick kiya mera car aur firse without updated karke drop kiya gharpe aur bola update kiya hay mere car check kiya to sd card showrrom may rakha hay aur abhi tak mera sd card lekar nahi aaye mene pucha mera sd card update huva kya to bolte hay sir apke model ka nahi hota hay update fir 5 din mere car showroom may kya kar rahi hay nahi hota hay update to may bola paile tha vaise de do muje karke to Abhi mera sd card bhi nahi kar rahe hay drop

              I was renew my Insurance from Modi Hyundai showroom, At that time i submit my previous policy which clearly shows my vehicle is CNG/Petrol.But they mention only petrol.When i told my vehicle is CNG they demanding Rs.200 more.I was pay First 3951 again Rs.200 Total Rs.4151 but more than 4 month pass still i was not receive policy.I[censored]nfortunately accident of my car i was not claim insurance.Please do the needful.Otherwise full refund my money.

                Dear concern,

                As yesterday, I called Bhandup Modi Hyundai service center to confirm the availability of my car coolant tank with vehicle number, and they confirmed that this part is available in the centre.
                I arrived at installations early in the morning and observed that they were communicating internally for nearly 1:45 hours to determine who had committed to this availability.

                Finally, they made a decision and searched for availability near the service center (Goregaon), but they suggested keeping the vehicle for the entire day to replace the tank.

                When I spoke with the service manager, I explained the mistakes and my waste of valuable time, but he ignored that and stated that we were given incorrect information by mistake.

                Due to wrong commitment, I lose my valuable time almost 3 and half hrs. I am highlighting this point because if you make the same mistakes with another customer, it will reflect negative impact on Modi Hyundai's reputation.
                I understand that this is a well-known brand in the industry, but if you make even minor mistakes, one day a customer will change the vision towards Hyundai.

                Please take this as positive feedback and work on it to meet the deadline for final deliverables.

                  Manager name - Nitin Gayakwad

                  My car is in servicing center from July 2022. The person (Rakesh Utekar) who was working on it has done fraud in money and every time he came with new reasons and delaying the car servicing.
                  Management is also taking it very lightly. Its almost 4 months. I am not sure if Hyundai people are using my car for some other purpose and giving the reasons for not returning the car.
                  I have audio recording of calls and whatsupp messages as proof for this fraud.
                  Please help with this issue and do the needful as early as possible.

                    My Reverse camera is not working from last one and hlf month which is been fitted by Modi Hyundai with extra accessories my car is been to service centre twice but they are saying please contact your showroom from where you have bought the accessories also silver skirting which is been bought as extra accessories is been removed

                    I have contacted sales person from modi hyundai Mr dhiraj Punjabi but he is least bothered about my concern this incident is really frustrating me plz do the needful at the earliest

                        I owned a i20 Sportz 2012 model (petrol). Recently there was an issue with the clutch. While in traffic, or to be more precise, within 5-10 minutes in traffic, the clutch would start to get sticky and within another couple of minutes, the clutch pedal will become very hard to press. After this, the car will not move forward and eventually the engine will not start.

                        I took the vehicle to Modi Hyundai service centre at Chunabhatti for repair on 14/02022. They changed both the master and slave cylinders and assured me 6 months warranty if the problem with clutch persists. After 1 month of service, the issue with the clutch started again. Eventually I called up same service centre and booked appointment on 10/08/2022. They checked the vehicle and told me nothing is wrong. I was also informed that issue with clutch happens with some of the i20 petrol variant. The mechanical engineer went on to advised me not to use the clutch too much while in traffic!!!?? Is this the SOLUTIONS??!!

                        Also, is this the service offered when customer is claiming the warranty offered by the service center?? If I gave the car for paid servicing, they would most probably recommended to change the whole clutch system again.

                        Please provide a solution on how to fix this recurring clutch pump failure issue and the warranty too, if indeed I am entitled to claim as offered by the service center.

                          I sold and purchased new car from Modi Hyundai Mumbai Malad dealership. Firstly, they forcefully issued insurance of my new Alcazar Car No.MH01DT7188 without passing NCB benefits to new car. Old car further sold to other party after 9-10 months. I am loosing Rs 25, 000/- on NCB due their mismanagement and now they are not responding and providing solution. My new car Alcazar renewal is approaching and they are not helping with solution. Really need help to sort it out please.

                            Hi have given my car MH02DS1319 in modi hyundai, chunabhatti service centre few days back.
                            As i was not available in mumbai. My father gave my car to driver as it is.
                            After getting my car back from service centre.
                            My Sunglasses were stolen
                            My charger was stolen
                            My car perfume was stolen.

                            I am never going to give my car in this service centre and i will make sure that people will know about this incident.

                              Given my perfect creta car for service and given quote of 68000/- when i refused to repair my car and asked for only service now i have been told that battery is gone... seriously?????

                              I need my car in working condition to get it home... and please stop fooling customer..

                                10 th feb 2022 my Hyundai Aura MH 05 EQ 7772 goes for service purpose to Bhandup service center ...i informed to exicutive Mr.Nitin Shelar for some noise in dash board and right side rear door and rear charging poin ...mr. nitin shelar get my car an after 7 day his delivered my car through driver Mr.Dinesh Kamble and that time my car damaged and some scratches on left side from bumper... from that time my car give some noise in side car till today its not clear...from 10th feb 2022 to 12th june 2022 i gave 2 times my car for Bhandup service center and 2 times to kongaon service kalyan...but service executive could not clear my car noise and solve other car noise problems...on dated 10th june 2022 gave my car for dashboard noise and right side rear door noise problem ..when i gave my car to service center that time i note down car Kilometres 15501 and when i pickup my car from service center that time i note down 15556 kilometres... who drive my car 50 kilometres and what purpose used my car ...is this for any illegal purpose or for kidnapping any thing else?

                                  My vehicle was due for an extended warranty in Jan this year. Whilst i considered taking up the extended warranty at the time of my vehicle service, i was denied the same stating i had crossed the time period.

                                  1) It was due to a failed promise by Modi Insurance who had to peovide me with a service voucher failed to do despite me following up with their personnel.

                                  2) No one from Modi Hyundai bothered to bring to my notice about the unavailability of extended warranty owing to the delay from their end.

                                  3) I eventually took my vehicle for service in March and disputed the delay and thanks to 1 responsible service person, my vouchers were considered and my request for extended warranty was taken up.

                                  4) The crm team kept reassuring me that my issue would be resolved, this however required me to keep following up with the crm team. Multiple instances where the requested time of call was not met since everyone in Modi Hyundai are very busy and have no time to attend customer grievances.

                                  5) After 3 months of wasting my time and reassurances that the matter would be resolved, i am told my request could not be honoured, this despite the service engineer being sent to inspect my car, telling me that the car is in good condition which also tallied the service report.

                                  There has been no ground on which my extended warranty has been declined. My emails sent to the Incharge Sandeep Jha are ignored including the ones to the crm mailbox.

                                  Appauling service putting me under stress about my vehicle which i considered purchasing from Modi Hyundai but now owing to their ignorant service, is a HUGE MISTAKE.

                                    I have booked New Hyundai Creta on 5th Nov’21 at Modi Hyundai dealer Malad West..

                                    As per the commitment.. I suppose to get the delivery in the month of March’22 .. then the revise date was 10th April.. however till date there is no update from dealer on delivery..

                                    Modi Hyundai dealer himself is clueless about delivery.. I have sold my existing car based on commitment and now struggling for my day to day travelling and also it is an additional expenses for me..

                                    I don’t whose failure is this .. whether Modi Hyundai or Hyundai INDIA.. other brands are delivering on time.. I would suggest other buyers to think twice before booking .. specially with Modi Hyundai..

                                      My car registration no.is MH05EL2680, chasis no.MALA741CLMM403673 and engine no.G4LAMM023817.
                                      sir when I purchased xcent car I faced so many problems from the car,
                                      Firstly I face the driver side lock not working on 26/12/2021
                                      Second problem I faced the petrol indicator not working
                                      Now I faced the engine problem,
                                      Service center always said that it's a common problem.your car is a warranty period I will solve the problem but sir in 3 months almost 1 month xcent car I have to keep in service centre to solve the problem.
                                      Sir this xcent car I have purchased on loan and this is the only source of my income please tell me how I repay the loan and how I will survive to living my life.
                                      Sir this time the engine problem is a big problem because in new car engine problem not coming.
                                      When I drive the car the engine is very heat and car not running proper.
                                      It's a risk of my life as well as a passenger life.if any uncertainty happened HYUNDAI is responsible for this.
                                      Sir I told to service manager that this car a manufacturing fault but he didn't accept.

                                      Sir I trust the hyundai company, it's my humble request to you please solve this problem.
                                      Please return this car and arrange to hyundai xcent new car for me .

                                      Sir this is my request letter to hyundai company either I have to take legal actions because I suffer.
