[Resolved]  Mohamed Ali — Fund yet to be collected

Respected sir/Madam,

I have deposited saudi riyal around INR 10000 to my account in 2009 since than it is not deposited though i have made many enquiry and amendment. I am hereby attaching all the documents and email ireceived finally from my Bank ICICI.


Below Email i received it from ICICI bank (your correspondent Bank)






Dear Mr. Ali,

We refer to your appended e-mail of August 29, 2011 addressed to Managing Director and other members of the Senior Management, which has been forwarded to the undersigned for due analysis and redressal.

As per our telephonic conversation of September 2, 2011, we would like to inform you that we have received MT103 on November 18, 2009 with reference PON/61935282/780. The transaction was processed from our end on November 19, 2009 through NEFT mode.

We have received amendment instructions from remitting bank on December 14, 2009 to amend the beneficiary bank branch as "IOBA0000591 THEREZHANDUR BRANCH" with Reference Number QMS[protected]. However, we have replied to the query on December 16, 2009 that the transaction has already been processed successfully through NEFT mode on November 19, 2009 under IFSC code (IOBA0000044 ) and under ICICI Bank Reference Number SRW04669348 favouring to 'P. MOHAMED ALI Account Number 13025 for INR10000'.

Further, we have received the funds in our account on February 23, 2010 for the same transaction. Accordingly the funds were returned to remitting bank (Exchange House) account on February 24, 2011 with Reference Number PON/61935282/780.

Hence, we request you to contact the Exchange House with the Reference Number PON/61935282/780 for the funds.

We affirm that ICICI Bank at all times acts with due diligence, in good faith and in no manner prejudicial to the interests of its customers.

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Kindly coordinate with the Exchange House to know the status of the funds as the transaction was processed from our end on November 19, 2009 through NEFT mode.

Exchange house is not contacting me anywhere. I tried to send email to them. I have not received any proper reply from them also. Moreover ICICI is not helping me to reach Exchange House since i gave all the documents. They asked to me to coordinate with the Exchange House . How should i contact the Exchage house . It is not traced for my knowledge. ICICI Bank has connection with the Exchange house. No one is ready to give any email or phone number to contact them. This is very tiresome job. Bank authorities should help me out for people like me from village.
