VERY VERY BAD TO SHOP AT MOKSHA AT CHENNAI. THE MOMENT YOU ENTER THEY ASK HOW MUCH YOU CAN AFFORD FOR THE CRAP THAT THEY SELL. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. LADIES CANNOT ENTER THE SHOP BECAUSE OF THE DRIVERS AND NEPALI SECURITY WHO DO STARE AT YOU AND LOOK AT YOU AS IF YOU ARE CHEAP CUSTOMER. THEY HAVE STAFF WHO CHEW PAN AND SPIT IN FRONT OF THEIR STORE. THEIR VALET DRIVERS STARE AT THE LADIES WHO COME TO SHOP THERE AND COMMENT. THEY ARE THERE TO USE YOU TO HAVE FUN TIME WITH THEIR COLLEAGUES. THERE IS ONE NEPALI WATCHMAN WHO ALL THE TIME SITS OUTSIDE. HE IS A VERY VERY BAD PERSON. HE NEEDS TO BE KICKED OUT OF THE STORE FIRST. HE SPITS ON ALL CUSTOMERS AND ON THEIR CARS IF YOU COME OUT NOT BUYING ANYTHING. THEY ALL SIT OUTSIDE THE STORE AND CHAT ON GIRLS COMING TO THE STORE. THEY HAVE COMFORTABLE LOCATED THEMSELVES RIGHT OPPOSITE TO WOMEN'S COLLEGE, SO YOU GIRLS BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. IF I WERE POLICE, I WOULD ARREST THAT OLD NEPALI MAN. THESE WORKERS GO TO THE NEARBY PAN SHOP AND CHEW GUTKHA. ALL THE TIME THEY KEEP SPITTING. IF YOU ARE DECENT, BETTER DONT GO TO THIS SHOP. YOU ARE BUYING FOR A GOOD OCCASSION. BUY IT AT A REPUTED PLACE EVEN IF IT IS EXPENSIVE. YOU DO NOT WANT TO CARRY THE CURSE OR BAD OMENS SUCH AS THESE SICK PEOPLE WITH YOUR HAPPY OCCASSIONS.

Bad customer service doesn't apply to all. If you really get in from a posh car with glam make up and jewels the treatment is completely different. Basically they dont value all customers. Lazy salesmen, they wont even listen to your requirement. Its a place for people who just want to show off their wealth. You'll feel like a miser if you spend there in 4 digits (And I doubt if they have collection below 5k) . So better avoid the place unless you're shopping for your own wedding.
I visited moksha month of January and bought a material worth 5500, got it stitched there. When I wore it for a wedding color started sticking all over my body. When I asked them, they asked me to give it for dry clean.
I gave it for dry clean to a branded dry cleaners at our place. They started dry clean for top, immediately called and complained color is fading. When I asked moksha they refused to take this. They said it's my fault not theirs. At time of buying they will show all sorts of response but at time of such problem they care a damm. Their MD will not even listen to such problems. Every staff is reluctant and they don't care, especially Ms Anita.
