I Gobind ram Singhi S/o Mr. Radheshyam Singhi, resident of Shaldanga Lane-2, kalwar Patty, Post - Raniganj, Dist- Burdwan, Pin - 713347 have applied for a new hp domestic gas connection on 31st August'2010 with required documents to Mondal hp gas, raniganj. it may may kindly be noted that our family has separated after application in the same holding number with my wife and child. As a result name of the head of the family has changed. on the contrary I request your favour to issue me new connection in my name as early as possible.
