[Resolved] More Store — Fictitious promotion offer dupes many customers

More. Store, An Aditya Birla venture advertised vigourously to lure people into spending 3000/- during month of November 2009 and recieve free Halogen Heater. All More. stores in Panchkula region sheepishly admit that they have not recieved the heaters. This dilly-dallying has been going on for past three weeks. more store — ADULTRATED GHEE

I HAVE BOUGHT EDIBLE GHEE FROM *MORE* STORE FROM MY LOCALITY _ & BY THE SMELL I CAN JUDGE IT IS ADULTRATED.PLEASE ADVICE ME WHERE WE CAN GET IT CHECKED & TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THE BIG STORE WHO IS SELLING THIS ADULTRATED GHEE UNDER THEIR BRAND NAME.

Now they say that they recieved the heater (some max2) brand which were defective and were subsequently sent back. Customers will have to wait a bit "more".

That raises another question can these guys get away easily by giving substandard non-isi marked proucts as part of their promotion?
