The Indian Consumer Complaint Forum should take up the cases of the poor citizens who invested their hard earned money in Morepen Laboratories as FDRs which are not being redeemed for years. Failing this the Consumer Court should be approached

Morepan has cheated me & my wife of Rs.( 25000+[protected]/- by not refunding my money in spite of my writing to them a number of times & filling request form of my requirement of funds at their connaught place office during my urgency of funds.
My FD matured in the year 2006. FD no is DL2RQ08782 & DL2RQ08631

MY MOTHER DEPOSITED RS20000/- WHICH WAS MATURED ON 30.04.2003. TILL DATE NO PAYMNE HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY HER. ALTHOUGH ENQUIRED NO OF TIMES BUT PAYMENT IS STILL PENDING. MY MOTHER IS HEART PATIENT REQURE THAT MONEY URGENTLY FOR HER TREATMENT.

Staff not even replying on telephone

Is it because Public Deposit is always Unsecured ?

Atleast they should provide shares so that in future one can sell the share & have the money.

i am also waiting for my f.d. amt of Rs.15000/- form morepen lab. Company law board must compel the said
company to pay depoisit amt, as early as possible.
