This is further to our letters nos. nil dated 2nd Sep 06, , 27th Dec06, 7th Sep 07 & 28th Feb o8 regarding payments of Rs 96000.00 against Matured FDR amounts:

We have still to see a tangible action as far these old & matured FDR amounts are concerned? Hence this communication to you with a request to see end to our sufferings once in and for all.



We understand that the company has tied up with a foreign bank to pay such investors. But we see no movement on this count.



We await hearing from you on steps taken to release these funds?

We have been writing to the Company, ROC at Jallandher since 31st Dec 2002 till 2 Sept 2008 but are unable to realise this outstanding Maured sum till this date. We do not know who else to approach.
