i purchased MP565-2G M3 player just 2 days before after i copied my song to the mp3 player and after unplugging mp3 player got hung i can't switch it off or i cant lay what shall i do plz help me
i format the mp3 player.but the songs which i load in the mp3 player are in good working condition, but some of the songs are not audible.also the some virus when i bought the mp3 player.
how can i prefer this to my friends.also there is no adapter for the charging purpose

my moserbaer 2GBmp3 got hung when i switch on the FM radio, and doesnt gets switch off... got it replaced once but new piece also shows same issues.

I have purchased a 2GB MP3 Player (MP565-2G, Code - M13CBMC51013637A), I format it with PC and loaded mp3 songs in it, but at the time of playing songs some songs not played well, they play with disturbance and this player also become hang while playing these songs and nothing will work untill the song finished after that it become normal. This problem occurs on many songs and these songs are of good quality as I play them in my PC as well as in my mobile phone and they played well in it.Please help me, and suggest me what should I have to do.
i have a moserbaer MP565-2G, when i connect it with my Pc via Usb cable its not showing any of its content or any folder on my pc ..
but ya it certainly is charging but cant see any folder or anything on my pc, can any oe tell me how to transfer songs into it ...
