4GB pen drive not working.

In my 4GB MoserBaer pendrive I am facing the problem that pen drive is detected but when click on the open it shows message please insert a disk into drive. Company should do root cause analysis & should give FOC replacement.or give me any software by which i can solve the problem Let us know where to send defective product & how we can get fresh as a replacement.

When I open the pendrive and double click donate it shows insert the disk in drive d. Also I am I am also not able to open it directly and can't paste files in it it's causing a lots of problem please find a solution for me

from moser Baer through online web portal of moser Baer and I have made payments through net banking, It has been more than one month I have not received the product neither my money not refunded.
I had called customer care at least 5 times, but they are not responding properly.

I bought a music player (model 510 i) on 03/10/11. It went faulty in December
2011.
I deposited the faulty set in Lucknow service centre at aliganj on 17/01/12 for
replacement/repair. Since then two and half months have passed and there is no
response from the service centre. The scanned copies of invoice and job sheet is
attached for ready reference. I request for your kind intervention for getting the
defective piece replaced at once as this is seriously affecting the reputation of
a
prestigious company like moserbaer. The jobsheet number is [protected] dated
17/01/12. The invoice number is 13/6648 dated 03/10/11.
In anticipation of an early response
Your call centre informed that the product is out of warranty. But it was
purchased on 03/10/11 i.e. just 3 months back (before depositing in service
centre)

I was purchase 2 blank DVD's from Sachdeva Book Depot.,Krishan Nagar,Delhi. some day before.When I use that DVD,s in home they are not paly/work .I was go back to the shop keeper immediately but he says we have no replacement or warrenty

I have purchased a moser baer pen drive 4GB on 21.06.2008 from Santosh Infocom,167/7,Lenin Sarani,Kolkata . when i insert my pen drive into my computer it shows removable disk instead-off drive name and then i click it shows "please insert a disk in to drive". I have every receipt of the shop and your pendrive details and the pendrive is also under the warranty period. please solve my problem as soon as possible and take some decision to replace it.

sir, i bought moserbaer 2 gb sw 801 c pendrive last month.i am in dindigul(tamilnadu, india).yesterday i tried to copy my files from my pc to pendrive.that time it tooks a long period to process.then it strucked..i replug to another port..but it shown as a "removable disk(i)"in my computer.flash led also disabled.i checked its properties it indicates as empty disk(no space), i tried to format it ..but no use..i dont know where is the service center nearby.., please help me.i bought only in last month

I have purshased mosserbauer MS SPEED 2. 0 pen drive with 4 GB memory capacity. It was written on package that it will be supported by USB drive SW 801 D . It working on XP software without any driver software as checkeed by shopkeeper but I have windows 98 operating systems on my PC and to work on it requires a driver software as per instructions. A driver software is not supplied by the shopkeeper. He told that S/W will be avilable freely on Internet. I am serching on your site for the software but I could not found it.

I didn't know that there are lot o[censored]nsatisfied customer for this product. I bought one 4GB pen drive in FEB 2009. I wanted to gift it to some one. Fortunately my friend bought another one and i ended up opening the box. I have seen that it is not working. When i insert to the usb port it will work properly for one minute. After one minute it will disconnect by itself. I am not able to copy anything. I feel it is a rubbish product and i am going to return it.

4 gb pendrive detction problem I too have bought a moserbaer pendrive 2 GB, when I asked for a transcend, the shop keeper insisted me on buying this, however, it does not work on certain pc's and it does not work in some.

The moserbaer pendrives are useless. The company should sell his factory. The transcend pen drives are good and well working. I bought 8gb moserbaer pendrive and after a month it says please insert disk in drive(whatever). On the other hand I had bought 8gb transcend pendrive and it is well working for a couple of months. The moserbaer company should stop their marketing.

Moserbaer MBI 5630HT FM radio is very weak. Even Moserbaer service center people accepts this fact that this model's FM radio is very weak and weaker than Rs.20 radio that is sold on streets...

my DVD writer was not working. when i bought the product the company guaranteed me to replace the product within one week in case of fault in product in one working year.

i have replaced a Moserbear pendrive 6 months and it is not working now again.Replacement is not the right solution to it everytime.It is inconvenient being a customer.I lost very important data, who will give that back..

I have purchased 10 blank dvds bearing moserbeer companies name on it and to my surprise all these blank dvds are indicating total space on disk 0 bytes. I'm sure this can only be because this shop is selling duplicate dvds that bear your esteemed companies name. Please do the needful

but during now a days this drive cannot be detected by any of the system.i want to ask that how will it return to the shop keeper.they have told that you should contact the moserbear office . while buying they told that we will give you warrenty for 5 years .and they have not gave any bills anything .when i went to the they told that only one year for warrenty. when i insert the pen drive it shows 0kb.and also its not detected..please take any action regarding this...

I Mr. Pawan gola bought 7 lcd monitors before 5 months now 2 of them are not working from last one month I am trying to get the service from the company "MOSER BAER" but there no response from the company till now. Mr. Rajesh Raval is the head of the service department of the Mumbai region but he is also not receciving the phone. Now Iam totally tensed. please do the needfull help.
