I bought a music player (model 510 i) on 03/10/11. It went faulty in December
2011.
I deposited the faulty set in Lucknow service centre at aliganj on 17/01/12 for
replacement/repair. Since then two and half months have passed and there is no
response from the service centre. The scanned copies of invoice and job sheet is
attached for ready reference. I request for your kind intervention for getting the
defective piece replaced at once as this is seriously affecting the reputation of
a
prestigious company like moserbaer. The jobsheet number is [protected] dated
17/01/12. The invoice number is 13/6648 dated 03/10/11.
In anticipation of an early response
Your call centre informed that the product is out of warranty. But it was
purchased on 03/10/11 i.e. just 3 months back (before depositing in service
centre)
