One Saneep Nischal, a staff of Motilal Oswal, 801-806, 8th Floor, Prakash Deep Building,7 Tolstoy Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi, called me various times in March 2012 and atlast came to my house to open a account. Before opening he said that we ourselves will do trading in Nifty Futures and will give you profits. For assuring me he gave various profit statements he sent to other customers. My account was opened and I deposited Rs 60,000 in March 2012. After that repeatedly they did trading and made a loss of Rs 10,000 till 21 April 2012. Apart from this they additionally deducted Rs 10,000 from my total capital resutling to only balance of Rs 40,000. By seeing this I made various complaints to their staff but they did not listen to me. So it made me frustrated and I withdrew Rs 25,000. Its is a case of bluffing people by Motilal Oswal staff "Sandeep Nischal" and making losses to me by trading exclusively by themselves. Please do help me to get my money refunded by them. Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd — Complicated schemes and deducted more than 45% of initial deposit (from Rs5000)
Dear SEBII am upset to inform you that I have deposited 5000/- at the time of open demaCct a/c from Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd to save demat fees and to get other benefits but unfortunetly as per tr complecated condition they have deducted more than 45% of deposite amount.
I have never thought they will do such kind of malpractice with thire coustomer.
Lastly I can only say, I am not happy with their service.
Kindly tell them to stop all hidden charges e.g., SMS charge , mail Charge etc etc.... if possibel kindly stop all there technical suggetion.
