This isy account number. I took tgs for 15 months paid 11000/
But after just using it for one month I requested to close the service as I was unable to pay due to corona and financial deficiency.
It means I paid 11000 for one month. I send an email also. Still since last year motilal oswal sends me daily message of that balance under name of RMS selling due.
I again request you that I haven't traded...

Marketing person of motilal oswal opened account by assuring service support, but once account is opened, no one is giving service. They are interested in only amc charges. They don't care if customer is doing trade or not. Even they dont check and support to new person for trading.
To talk with theie executive we have wait on call more than 40-45 minutes. Very disappointed.

The company has without any consent from be debited my account with rs.799.00 on 12.12.2017 which is totally illegal and unauthorised. There is no proper explanation from motilal oswal securities ltd for yhis unauthorised debit.
Further in 2014 motilal oswal secutities ltd have illegally and without any specific authority from me have purchased under nfo 2500 units of sund smcap fund, which is totally illegal and unauthorised.

The said company is resorting to unathorised and illegal debits at their own whims and fancies and even challenge the consumer to make a complaint

My trading code is e 621709

I am a motilal oswal demat account holder with ucc code kot743. I did trading worth 2.56 lakh last week. I did neft on saturday which was credited in mosl account on monday morning 8 am. I got a confirmation message from motilal oswal with ref no.[protected].

However still my shares were sold on monday as part of rms selling. My shares were sold wrongfully against my will, due to which i incurred a loss. I would like to know the reason for it and what is the course of action now.

I opened demat/trading account with mosl (Malad branch) in the month of jan 2018, as i was promised that i will be charged 20 paisa for delivery and 2 paisa for intra, which never saw the light of the day. So i decided to withdraw all my funds and go with xyz broker.

Today, i thought of transferring my funds back to mosl in order to experience their trading portal possibly on monday regardless of the brokerage and was going through all the tabs and checked ledger just to find out that my account has a negative balance of rs.58 as dp transaction charge plus gst. As far as i am aware it is only applicable when i sell my holdings. So far i haven't placed a single order as i transferred my funds as soon as my account was opened and since i was upset about the brokerage, so why in the world do i have a negative balance.

And its not the 58 rs i am disappointed about, but the fact that you people are such scums, hell, i can shove a couple of thousands up your arse only if you would politely say so.

Have had many demat acc with every possible institution but never faced such illicit service! Keep those 58rs and get a soul if you may

One Saneep Nischal, a staff of Motilal Oswal, 801-806, 8th Floor, Prakash Deep Building,7 Tolstoy Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi, called me various times in March 2012 and atlast came to my house to open a account. Before opening he said that we ourselves will do trading in Nifty Futures and will give you profits. For assuring me he gave various profit statements he sent to other customers. My account was opened and I deposited Rs 60,000 in March 2012. After that repeatedly they did trading and made a loss of Rs 10,000 till 21 April 2012. Apart from this they additionally deducted Rs 10,000 from my total capital resutling to only balance of Rs 40,000. By seeing this I made various complaints to their staff but they did not listen to me. So it made me frustrated and I withdrew Rs 25,000. Its is a case of bluffing people by Motilal Oswal staff "Sandeep Nischal" and making losses to me by trading exclusively by themselves. Please do help me to get my money refunded by them. Re-submitted trading a/c closure form. Was told annual maintenance charges are levied in Feb12 that need to be paid.

But he is such a big **** that he made my account offline without my consent and made transactions without my consent. I contacted main broker and told he why u made my account offline they told me contact your branch the same sub broker with who cheated me. So I reust you never open an a/c with rajan arora(jhandewalan branch ,delhi). at last its your will friends. and neither motilaloswal is cooperating with me and providing me with valid details.
