Bills for Raksha Vohar are distributed after due dates of payments.We have requested the JE incharge no of times, regretably he ignores and when bills are paid, late payment charges are lavied . Could some sense be installed in the head of the JE incharge

Dear sir,
A new electronic meter Sr no 588821 Nakoda Meters make was installed at my premises by your staff during your campaign of cable and meters replacement, long back. The fresh bill indicates meter no 473 which is wrong. The new meter is not working since Feb 14., as reflected from your bill. The reading (11728) printed on your bill appears to be from old meter. And this clearly indicates that the new meter installed at our premises is faulty since it's installation.
As per rule faulty meter is to be replaced within 15 days of it's detected date& billing is to be done on the basis of average of earlier three months billed from the healthy meter removed.
However it appears to us that a random average is being billed from a long time without caring to replace it by a new one.
Sir, the units being continuously billed are not proportional to the units I have actually consumed as per my utility of load, throughout the period involved.
I therefore request your kind self to first arrange to replace the meter, forthwith. secondly my bills be corrected according to the legal rules, and the effect be given in the bill of next month without any loss of time. Otherwise I will be constrained to live without lights cursing your dept for the same.

MPMKVV co ltd — fault bill
they never give the bills with proper units and people will get lumpsum bills after 3-4 months when they will understand the problem of the people. this is the repeated propblem for all who lives in bhopal. only god may save this because we wont get proper right answer after visiting the office.
