sir,
since more then one year i m getting bill of assessed units 200 and above per month amounting to Rs.not less then 2500 p.m.Meter is working properly and giving true reading.Reading on dt.09.02.2016 is10915 while reading of assessed units shown in bill is18521, in this way i paid excess amount of 8000 units due to monopoly of billing of assessed units.i made complaint many times to give bill of actual unit consumed but no one seems to pay attention for my grievences.When i requested again then remark was made by officer to make FR/SR computer operator told and wrote that due to system error it could not done, he explained that complaint has been registwered at bhopal office to correct system error, but after waiting 15 days it could not be done. I think that no any complaint forum come forward to solve problem, should i proceed through consumer forum of district court. Was this information helpful? |
