[Resolved]  M/s. High Flame Gas Service Phase 9 Mohali — Non response

The gas agency has provided two telephonre nos. e.g.5097439 and 2231785 to the customers.However both these nos. are always remain engaged or Ithink the receiver is kept aside intentionally .I have been trying to book the cylinder since one week but was unable to contact the gas agency due to the line being engaged continuously.

Both the numbers given by High Flame agency Phase-9 are put off from the revceiver in the morning and they are taken engaged by the consumers. Earlier around one year back, the same numbers were accessible. They do not take nay calls and to add further, they do not honour bookings done on and SMS services. The agency needs severe punishment for such a irresponsible behaviour. Better cancel the licence.
The two telephonre nos. e.g.5097439 and 2231785provided to the customers are placed off hook in the morning and are never attended. There is no way of communication with the agency. They even do not honour the bookings done on tomogas or SMS.
Their behaviour is rude and staff (all the three ladies sitting in front office) are rude, callous and behave very badly.

In today's interconnected world, they are behaving like Lords. The agency should be cancelled.
I am also the sufferer of the same attitude of the co. Since I am trying to contact on the telephone nos. given but all in vein. I am residing in Zirakpur and I left no option only to take leave from office just to book the gas. Kindly do some thing.
not only internet booking but also telephone booking, all booking system not working for this High Flame agency. m also facing much problem earlier one or two able to book my cylinder through internet but this time this agency is not fall in the area of internet booking. now this is great problem. because no telephone no. responds and no any other mean left by the agency owner. this is the CMS(Customer Management System) going on in High Flame Agency @ phase 9, Mohali.

Its true even i am trying to book the cylinder from 1 week. number which they have given i not functioning, some action has to be taken against them.
It is for your kind notice that I am trying to book my cylinder last three days on your telephone no. 5097439 and 2231785, almost theses numbers are busy, but surprised is this many times the ring has gone but no body pick the phone. Yes, its very frustrating. i have been trying the both no.s 5097439/2231785 for past one week, but every time they are engaged.
There is gas leakage in the cylinder, Trying to reach through these Nos for the last two days but all in vain.My cosumer No is 16154. Please do the needful.
same with me...all r requested to forward it to co head off in sec 18 chd.i.e. oil bhawan
