Same is with me. Such a non responsible dealer. Dealership should be cancelled. Everytime I use to go there to book the gas.I am surprised why they are providing the nos. when you are not going to attend the calls.

Same with me too... It is so frustating that gas agency is provided to such sub standard dealers.

yeah, its very frustrating. i have been trying the no.s given for past one week, but every time they are engaged.

why such irresponsible people have been given this work?

i hope authorities will take some action against them.

Same is with me, and with my entire colony. All are fed up with this. and i hope very soon there may be a king of protest also may come up.
Why authorities are sleeping and not taking any action.
If the complaint is not heart than there are only two options left
filing a pil for cancellation of dealership
second a protest public march for action.

I have been trying continuously for for past three four days but no response. The phone rings on Sunday but ofcourse there isn't anybody.

I am having a different opinion. The service of the agency is very prompt. Expecially the behaviour of the delivery man is praiseworthy.I too agree with Mr Surinder Singh that whenever I try to book the gas both the Numbers provided by the agency are found busy. The owner of the gency is requested to look into it.

I am going to file a complaint against this dealership for very non-responsive and bad behavior of the management and staff. This type of agency should be cancelled immediately without any delay. Hope all friends agree to join this.

I totally agree with this. I also tried to book gas connection since last 25 days but both nos. are going engage continously. My son Parveen Bhatia from gurgaon is also trying every next second for last 5 days but all is fruit less. Both nos. are going engage

I have been trying continuously for lat 10 days but no response. The phone rings but both nos. are going engage.My all family members are fed up towards such a non responsible dealer.

I fully endorse the views of consumers. Though phones usually remain busy and sometimes bell rings but no body picks. I am not surprised at the attitude and customer service provided by the gas agency (office staff) but more surprised that no action has been taken so far by the concerned authorities after going through the views/ comments of consumers as non has appreciated the working of the agency. I would like to add that the behavior of delivery man is fine. WAKE UP HIGH FLAME GAS AGENCY.

Same is with me.The gas agency has provided two telephonre nos. e.g.5097439 and 2231785 to the customers.However both these nos. are always remain engaged or Ithink the receiver is kept aside intentionally .I have been trying to book the cylinder since two week but was unable to contact the gas agency due to the line being engaged continuously.

I too have been facing the same problem. However, I would like to inform all concerned that the Agency has the facility to book gas thru IVR and over the net. The IVR which is available on two no's 2722015, 2722073 is currently not working. I am informed that gas refill can be booked thru net.

I agree with this. this is totally irresponsible dealer. Why they provide phone numbers for booking, where no one there to response. I am agree with that "Dealership should be canceled".

My consumer gas connection No.HS-8681, my family is residing at Baltana (Mohali) and I am posted at New Delhi. I am trying from New Delhi and my wife is also trying since two week to book Gas from her residence at Baltana but the phone number provided for booking of Gas are always remain engaged or I think the receiver is kept aside intentionally . Due to the line being engaged continuously I am unable to contact the gas agency for booking of gas cylinder. Previously so many times I have faced this ugly situation. i also trying from 20 days to book my gas but all fail, receiver of phone may be removed from phone, i also request the delivery man to canvey my meaasge to agency but he also refuse to do the same.

I strongly agrree to this. Since TOMO service is not functioning, it is impossible to book the gas. Continous trying ever for hours will not serve the purpose. One has to take the leave and go to the office, only solution. Is the agency listening ?

Both the numbers given by High Flame agency Phase-9 are put off from the revceiver in the morning and they are taken engaged by the consumers. Earlier around one year back, the same numbers were accessible. They do not take nay calls and to add further, they do not honour bookings done on tomogas.com and SMS services. The agency needs severe punishment for such a irresponsible behaviour. Better cancel the licence.

The two telephonre nos. e.g.5097439 and 2231785provided to the customers are placed off hook in the morning and are never attended. There is no way of communication with the agency. They even do not honour the bookings done on tomogas or SMS.
Their behaviour is rude and staff (all the three ladies sitting in front office) are rude, callous and behave very badly.

In today's interconnected world, they are behaving like Lords. The agency should be cancelled.

I am also the sufferer of the same attitude of the co. Since I am trying to contact on the telephone nos. given but all in vein. I am residing in Zirakpur and I left no option only to take leave from office just to book the gas. Kindly do some thing.

not only internet booking but also telephone booking, all booking system not working for this High Flame agency. m also facing much problem earlier one or two able to book my cylinder through internet but this time this agency is not fall in the area of internet booking. now this is great problem. because no telephone no. responds and no any other mean left by the agency owner. this is the CMS(Customer Management System) going on in High Flame Agency @ phase 9, Mohali.

Its true even i am trying to book the cylinder from 1 week. number which they have given i not functioning, some action has to be taken against them.

There is gas leakage in the cylinder, Trying to reach through these Nos for the last two days but all in vain.My cosumer No is 16154. Please do the needful.
