I too have booked a flat in C Block, possession of the flat was to be given in October 2008, and its construction not yet started.

Thanks for creating this forum. I have also book the 2 BR flat at
Eastern Heights, Indirapuram, GZB block C4.
I boked the flat in Aug 2008 and at booking time I paid whole payment
to vxl with in 1 month with loan from ING Vysya Bank. They promised to
give the possesion of flat in OCT 2008 but they fail to achive their
target. I recently talkd to them and parminder told me that their is 3
month grace period and in jan 2010 we will start giving the possion of
flat. But acording to the current status it does'nt not seems they
will give the possesion in jan 2010.
Its time to wake up and take any action against them. We are paying
interest @ 12% per month and then rent also. so it time to file a case
against VXL in consumer court if we plan now then only we can do
something after 3 month. I will file the case alone but it will better
if we all get together and raise our voice against them.
I request to all readers keep posting as much as they can rather then
saying " I am also facing the same the problem" This is better and
secure way to plan against vxl. Please starting posting as much as
you have.

I am also facing the same problem the target completion date now VXL mentioning verbally is March2010 which shifted from the Actual Completion Date for ONE YEAR
Construction of Block C2 has started 04months back but only constructed upto ground floor. I am really unable to understand how they are going to complte the construction within next 05 months time as they are now promising to hand over before April2010.
Is there really any wayout to catch the builder...this builders are playing with our money and time.

Same problem I am also facing, we should unite together and shd take legal action against them.
i agree with all the factc, i have also booded the flat 3 years back and from last 3 years i am paying full EMI as well as the rent--- my flat no is B4-201 but still it doesnt seems it will get complete till march...even once i tried to contact them and ask for the penalty they are saying they will do one time settlement and also hinted about the increase of the price as well.
lets unite all o[censored]s and go to the builder to pay atleast the penalty amount as of today. i am also going to join [protected]@gmail.com, lets come all o[censored]s and join the group.

You know what, these guys VXL Realtors are planning to go big time by launching a radio taxi service. And I believe everybody here knows where the money has come from. Sorry people but I think its time that we stop this from here on. It will make an amazing cover page story I have already forwarded the details to my friends in TOI and DAINIK and few channels are being contacted. From here on NO MORE VXL.

I HAD BOOKED 2 BHK FLAT IN EASTEN HEIGHTS C2 BLOCK IN JUNE 2008.THEY HAD COMMITED THAT WE WILL HANDOVER IN AUGUST 2009. BUT THEY FAILED TO DO SO.THEY SAID THAT C2 BLOCK PLAN IS NOT APPROVED BY GDA.I AM PAYING EMI FROM DAY ONE AND RENT.BUILDER IS JUST PLAYING WITH OUR MONEY. I THINK WE SHOULD UNITE AND TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTION.

If you really want to get rid off from the situation, you must have to take strong step !!!. Exchanges of words, circulating massages will do nothing. Take your money back with compensation. Take all the necessary immediate action.

He is a false/ cheater developer. it is as true as sun rises in the east . we all are victims and are unable to catch this fraudulent man
