[Resolved]  M/s VXL Realtors Pvt. Ltd. — Allotment of Flat

Subject:- Allotment of Flat No.B-4/ 204 (Unit-Pride), Eastern Heights, Indirapuram, GZB

Sir,
This is to inform you that I had purchased a flat No.E-202 in Eastern Heights, Indirapuram, GZB
from M/s VXL Realtors Pvt. Ltd., 5th Floor Ajit Singh House, 12 DDA Commercial Centre, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi. The flat No. was later on re-alloted by the company as flat No. B-4/ 204 due to some reason known to them. I have paid an amount of Rs.7, 80, 750/- in instalments to the company in time as per payment plan/schedule including last demand note from the company due on construction of First Floor PLC & Car parking etc. As per agreement, the possession of the flat was to given in Oct., 2007.

2. While I visited the site of the construction at Eastern Hights, Indirapuram, I enquired about the progress of the construction of my flat. On enquiry, the site official informed that the construction of the flat No. B-4/ 204 (Unit-Pride) has not been started so far.

3. Thereafter I asked the company's office at Commercial Centre, Yusuf Sarai to furnish the correct information. They replied me after a lot of reminders, but their response was unsatisfactory.

4. As per agreement, the possession of the flat was to given in Oct., 2007, but it has not been completed so far. Neither its location on the site has been ascertained as to which flat is B-4/ 204. The company officials are not cooperating. They are hiding information.

5. In view of the above, it is requested that the company may be compelled to hand over the flat allotted to me immediately with fine for late possession as per agreement and also to pay compensation for harrasment.
