sir my consumer no is [protected] i want to inform that my name is mohinder lal thapar but mseb had wrongly written ma tajsen i want to corret my name in the bill & my meter is faulty instead of not working bill comes around 6000 RS i had talked to mseb kalamboli br near telephone exchangebut there is no response

I have initiated Name change request (Request ID 27065223 on 19.07.2020) but still the name change not done against my consumer number[protected]. Hence I have initiated complaint (Request ID[protected] on 09.11.2020 however it is also kept assigned till date

Can you please confirm when can the name change will be done ?
