The MSEB at Thane is harrassing single individuals to fulfil their corrupt pockets by cutting off power despite paying the electricity bill. The incident is as under....I come home at 9 pm to realise that my power is cut off by MSEB officials stating I have not paid the bill. Please note that the bill date was July 12, 2012...despite paying my bill online on 3rd July 2012 at 11.16 AM via transaction no.[protected].
I call the call centre and the female executive cuts my call at 9.15. Later I speak to Bhavesh, a nother call centre executive who questions me on my details. He then goes to say that the complaint cannot be registered as the server is down & would give a call. I do not get a call and thereby decide to call & third executive picks up & when asked for Bhavesh cuts the call. I call again finally to reach Bhavesh who speaks rudely & continues with the reason of server being down.Once again I call & ask for Bhavesh's manager. There immediately Bhavesh ensures he registered my complaint before I talk to them and share the experience.
Then I tell them that I would be approaching the media, if not rectified in an hour. Hence I get a call mentioning that they would do the needful
I beleive this is purposefully done by MSEB as they are on the prowl for pocketing money where individuals reside.My complaint is now against purposeful harrasment, carelessness of MSEB & mental disturbance. Was this information helpful? |
