This is wrt the toll collection booth at GOVE, located while entering Kalyan from Bhiwandi bypass road. As a frequent traveler on this route, I have experience that the toll charged at this booth is Rs 38.00 by default against the specified amount of Rs. 37.50. Change of 50 paise is never returned back on own, unless insisted & demanded. Is this ethical way of collecting additional money? Is there any control on this activity? Is MSRDC management aware of this or they are allowing such malpractices? Was this information helpful? |
