Dear Sir,
I got the messege from my fastag vendor on 22/01/24 that Rs. 240/- toll charges deducted at khalapur toll plaza on 21/01/24, 8.14. Vehicle No. MH12VV0013
I checked the statement and found that it was really deducted. I am surprised by this. Because on 21/01/24 i never travelled through khalapur toll plaza route. My vehiche is at my home. Still how charges are deducted. Please check CCTV footage.
Please reverse my charges as early as possible.

The toll on Mumbai-Pune express way is Rs.320. However the toll charged on fastag from Mumbai to Khopoli at Khalapur toll plaza is Rs.240 which is too high. Earlier the major portion of the toll use to be charged for Khalapur to Pune stretch whereas on fastag the major amount gets deducted at Khalapur toll even if we take the Khopoli exit....

On 7-Apr-2023, I was travelling to Pune from Mumbai. At Talegaon toll naka, the scanner of FASTAG was having a technical error. It was showing 'Low Balance'. The toll person asked me to pay in cash. While, accepting the balance cash, I realized that he charged me double toll amount. Upon asking, he said, your vehicle do not have FASTAG or your account has low balance. At Khalapur toll, I had paid the toll amount using same FASTAG. Also, note that the FASTAG sticker is pasted on windshield. The available balance was 814 INR. Further, the supervisor scanned the FASTAG using hand-held device. He said, the double toll amount will be reversed to your account. In second time of scanning, the device once again showed 'Low Balance'. When questioned on this, the supervisor & other toll employee behaved inappropriately. It is unfair to charge double toll amount due to technical error at tolls. The receipt has been attached.

The road is in it's worst condition and sometimes workers put sand in the giant holes but it easily flews away after 6-7 cars passes through it I request MSRDC to fix this entire road asap as I need to take my child every Saturday for treatment through this road as there is no alternative road. I was travelling back to Mumbai from Bhayandar on 14 August 2022 via the western highway.

At Dahisar toll plaza, i paid Rs 40 cash (Receipt attached) as toll charges as the toll operator there informed me that i have low balance in my Airtel Fastag, however after 20 minutes i received an SMS of Rs 40 deduction from my Airtel Fastag Account which already had sufficient balance to cover my toll charges (Screenshot attached)

Please verify these facts and arrange for a refund both the SMS and Screenshot is attached.

I was charged 406 in cash as toll tax at Talegaon Toll while returning from Mumbai with family by car even though I have paid 203 at Plaza Name: Khalapur Toll Plaza- Lane ID:E13 (0100B[protected]
/ [protected]). This has been a matter of everyday where people are forced to pay an extra amount and as there is a huge rush so they do not entertain any questions and have opted for this way to make a huge amount of money. Look into this matter and initiate a refund asap.

Dear Team, there was balance amount sufficient enough for the tax. But I paid double fees in cash and also later got a message that amount was deducted from account as well. Kindly address this issue asap and refund the amount that's paid additionally.

I was charged Rs.100/- undet above reference number[protected] on 27/06/2021 while returning from Belgaum., at Khed Shivapur(Pune district)inspite of my telling the attendant at this toll that mine us Pune RTO registered vehicle.I was ready with all necessary papers of the car but he said that he has noted my vehicle number and I will not be charged the toll.
15 minutes after the toll I got message of debit to my fasttag account with Saraswat Bank Bibvewadi branch Pune.
I request you to refund me this amount by direct credit to my bank account with Saraswat Bank Bibvewadi Pune undet references to me.

Sir/ madam,
I am working as doctor in pawna hospital. Have to go daily through the toll. There should be provision for me that toll should be exempted. What is profit of paying tax if i am paying daily toll. There must be provision for person like me. And person taking toll also talk rudely. I have been office twice for local pass but no one is there....

I have car having Reg. No. MH02 DG 4278 with active fast tag. While passing through Khalapur Toll plaza on the way to Lonavala at 12.12 p.m. on 1st Feb.2020, Rs. 173/- were recovered in cash under pretext that fast tag is not working. Soon after I proceeded to Lonavala, at 12.46p.m.I received SMS that Rs.173/- were deducted towards toll at 12.31 p.m.
Since the toll was recovered twice you should arrange to refund me the extra toll of Rs. 173/-recovered from you of at the earliest.

On 25/12/19 while travelling towards pune on nh48. Toll tax was deducted twice at shedung toll plaza. It was told to me that scanners are not working and i was asked to pay toll manually.

Have been charged twice on khalapur toll once on fastag and again on toll my car details mh01bk3166 and my fastag customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] what is the use of fastag then if the guys on toll keep us charging on toll this surely a fraud or illiterate people have kept on tolls kindly help me with my extra amout taken on toll

On 8 th January 2020, I traveled from Pune to Lonavala and back to Pune in evening.

My car: Alto no MH 12 PN 5720.
I went in the morning from Pune to Lonavala at 10.54 am and RS. 173/- was correctly debited from fastag.

Then I returned back from Lonavala to Pune at 5.42 pm. There at the naka I was told by the attendant that "the amount will not be deducted."

However, Rs. 173/_ was once again deducted.

In my account (SBI fastag) in the morning opening balance was RS. 1100/-. After return the balance is Rs. 754/-

Please arrange to refund the amount of Rs.173/-

I was travelling from lonavla to mumbai on 17-nov-2019 via express way.
At khalapur toll plaza, i paid 173 rs cash as toll charges at khalapur toll, however when i crossed about 20 km from the toll, i received sms as 173 rs of toll is deducted from my fastag. (Sms snapshot attached)
If toll plaza will deduct such double charges then how consumer can trust on the fastag system?
Please check and arrange for a refund - both sms and receipt pic attached.

On 22nd december 2019 at 0828hrs at dehuroad toll plaza nh48 going from talegaon to pune toll by car having icici fastag a/c no. 21905994
Tag no.[protected] attendant said fastag toll payment was unsuccessful so i paid toll amount rs. 35/- in cash. Receipt attached.
At 1222pm i received email from icici bank that rs. 35/- has been debited from your account for toll charge at dehuroad toll plaza nh48.

So i request prompt action for double payment.

Dear sir/madam,

I travelled on mumbai pune expressway on 15th dec 19. The toll plaza deducted rs. 173 at talegaon toll plaza transaction time 10:11 hrs, transaction id [protected] & while returning from pune deducted rs 173 at talegaon toll plaza transaction time 18:45hrs. Transaction id [protected] from the fastag account when i have already paid toll in cash rs 230/ each time. And after deduction from fastag account i did not received any message. (On 17th i received mail giving transactions dated 15th dec.)
Attached please find scanned copy of toll paid at khalapur toll plaza & talegaon toll plaza.

I want irb to give me a refund of excess rs. 346/- collected.

I traveled mumbai to pune through, mumbai pune express way. My fastag account debited 173 on khalapur toll plaza with fastag but did not received any message. After reaching talegao my fastag was not having enough balance to pay pending 57 rs. And i have to pay 173 again.

As there is 116 rs extra amount is charge i should refund 116 rs.

This is regarding unauthorized banner on nh4 old mumbai-pune crossing at karjat-chowk phata, khalapur which causes accident while crossing the road. Local people's are using the area on crossing point on nh4 highway at karjat-chowk phata for the banner. Due to this we can't see the vehicles while crossing the road with bikes. Also school children's are using this crossing while going to school. Due to this unauthorized banners, road accident are increases.

Recently constructed govindwadi bypass bridge in kalyan, connecting durgadi fort to patri pool has number of speed breakers and their size. Bypass are meant for quick and safe pass, but this one is neither quick nor safe.
Last saturday (2nd sept, 17) me, my dad and my one year old daughter were travelling on bike on that road and because of the number of speed breakers it was very difficult to ride and at one instance bike handle tilted and we fell down due to speed breaker, i and my daughter just escaped narrowly but my dad had some minor injuries.
I have heard similar instances from many of my friends who have suffered due to those bulky and countless speed breakers.

Request you to take action on this as soon as possible so as to avoid any major accident in near future.

Sir, I am a defence person and had to shift my household items from Karanja Naval Station to Navy NAGAR, Colaba. As I was going through the no toll lane at Vashi-Toll plaza I found a long que. While enquiring I found the staff were checking vehicles and it was taking a good amount of time and hence resulting in longer que. I request to sort out the issue.

Dear Sir, I stay at Navi Mumbai and travel to Mumbai daily for work. From October 01, 2014, toll charges has been revised to Rs. 35/- one side (from Rs.30/- previously). The Rs. 5/- is leading to acute congestion at the toll as it requires Rs. 5/- as change which was not the case earlier. Since October 01, 2014, I have been experiencing waiting of over 10 to 20 minuets daily on one side. This waiting due to congestion and insufficient number of toll booth is costing me consumption of over one litre of fuel in my car which translates to additional burden of Rs. 70/-or above for one way during peak hours. I don't have any objection in paying the toll tax but as a user do I not have right for smooth passage (without waiting and loosing fuel)? Why should I not claim my waiting cost from the toll booth if am made to wait due to insufficient infrastructure/ services by the service provider? Thanks and regards, Sanjay

Dear Sir, I am Harindra Yogesh Mehta Resident of Mulund West. Daily I travel from Mulund To Vashi & I have to pay Toll Tax at Mulund Airoli bridge. From toll tax authority I came to know that there exemption for toll tax resident at Airoli Gaon. So i want to know that is there is any exemption of Toll tax at Mulund Airoli bridge for Mulund resident. Waiting for your reply.

I am frequent traveller on Kalyan - Bhiwandi road and despite terrible road conditions, I am forced to pay return toll of Rs.43 Could somebody from MSRDC, please explain what is this toll collection for? because I dont see any repairs. Sometimes when there is repair going, the toll is still operating which does not make sense. You can not take money for things in progress. Finish your job properly and then demand for money. MSRDC Mulund toll condition is also in tatters.

MSRDC is collecting toll from residents of kalyan and dombivali for Bhiwandi-Kalyan-Shill Road which is in very pathetic state. The Bhiwandi shill-phata road passes through kalyan city which has got lot of pot holes and congestion it takes almost 1 hour to cross a stretch of 21 KMS Moreover residents of kalyan dombivali are not using full road they just use 5-8 Km stretch depending on from where they enter and for this they have to pay a toll of RS 45 which is greater than NH3 MSRDC should revise their policy and collect partial toll at both plazas RS 15 at each entry point (Katai naka, and Kone Village) that people would end up paying only for the road which they are using

This is wrt the toll collection booth at GOVE, located while entering Kalyan from Bhiwandi bypass road. As a frequent traveler on this route, I have experience that the toll charged at this booth is Rs 38.00 by default against the specified amount of Rs. 37.50. Change of 50 paise is never returned back on own, unless insisted & demanded. Is this ethical way of collecting additional money? Is there any control on this activity? Is MSRDC management aware of this or they are allowing such malpractices?
