Daily i use to take 21G from mandaveli to pallavaram to my office. Today i get in to 21G (bus no.CDI 2389) it was a cut service one from mandaveli to tambaram at 8.15 am. I gave 100 rs for ticket to conductor and he said no change so i gave extra 5 so that i can get 90 rs round. When the bus crossed Guindy as a remindance i asked him the change. He sighted me and i asked him to give the change. But then he started shouting stating,"why are you always asking the change often(only once i asked)" and also said if you keep on asking i will not give the change. So in reply i said if you do so i will make a complaint and i have the number for that. From then he said i will not give the change until unless if they come here. But atlast when i reached the stopping only he gave the change. He is not even respecting his higher officials in the department when i intended to complaint and as a whole spoiling the dept without knowing his duty. He has been appointed as the public servant but he is unfit for the post. There are graduates jobless, if you opt them they know their duty well and not like this illiterate conductor behaviour towards the passenger. He don't know how to treat the passenger and also he is not afraid for his higher official then how come he will fit in to this. So you have to take a severe action againt him so that it wouldn't happen in the future and not cracking bad name for the department.
