Person in charge in enquiry room at tambaram west depo behaved rudely and abused in non parliamentary words for enquiring about the bus number. Unfortunately i didn't notice his name and he was not interested in assisting me rather he was chatting with some of the mtc drivers. He was irresponsible and rude once i started shouting back at him then he became so polite but still he dint show any intrest in assisting me....

Buses from kk nagar to broadway or vallalar nagar, 17d, 37d or d37 never operate after 9.30pm. The depot says last bus at 9.40. Being in city cant you operate last bus 10 or 10.15 pm??? People here always get stranded. With traffic in city at peak till 8.30pm and travelling from omr its tough to be by 9.30. Do you think we can reach soon??? Hope you understand take necessary action immediately....

I'm travelled for lucas tvs to cmbt (13/9/2018). I had pay 10 rupees note conductor give 10 rupees ticket. I'm asked how many rupees this traveling. He said 10 rupees. Last time traveling this route 9 rupees ticket for paid. But this time her giving 10 rupees ticket. I'm confused so asked for bus timing office at cmbt. He said conform 9 rupees ticket but that is guindy deppo so go to there and complaint.

TODAY(21/10/2014) in BUS NO.: TN 01 N 5314 ROUTE NO: 17D TIME :2.16PM in a bus from k.k.nagar towards Broadway . The conductor was refused to give ticket and said me to leave the bus, I boarded the bus at Nungambakkam and my destination was co optex bus stop, I gave him Rs.10 for purchasing the ticket, he replied that he don't have the change, then i asked him to give ticket for Rs. 10 he was not even to bother me and he said me to leave...

Hi, i'm travelling in AC buses daily for the past 3 years and i faced many issues with MTC. AC bus drivers always do rash driving and does not care about public safety. Yesterday (Sep 10) i traveled in the AC bus((Anna Nagar Depo Vehicle -ANI 2676 ) 114 Redhills-Vandaloor Zoo) as usual and bought the ticket to Sanatorium. on the way the bus driver was about to do accident the bus with a Tanker and a Load auto. and the bus escaped...

1)I was dropped at esi bus stop not at vadapalani, but I paid for vadapalani ticket charge.they denied paying balance.it was almost 8:15 pm when I was dropped midway.Immediately I reached out to nearby police booth to convey my concern.
2)why was it not told that the
bus will not be dropped at vadapalani when I took the ticket? After reaching ashok pillar they told me it will not go to vadapalani route.is this the actual route?

I had to take another bus to reach to my destination and it was too late too.

The route bus walajbath to tambaram via Padappai, oragadam bus services are irregular particular at afternoon 2.30 till midnight. Passengers are waiting more than 1.30 hours to 2 hours. And who have money travelling in private vans and autos. But what can a low wages person can do. 579C bus services are irregular in timings. They do bunching of buses at one-time. So this should be taken as serious complaint. I am noticing...

62b redhills to jj nagar west route
This bus running between villages to city and In a day double shift done by both driver and conductor. In city normal shift are 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm but in my route time 6am to 10.30pm working continuously in earlier but recent days the depot says one more single to be added so that time was extended 6am to 11.30pm in this working time approx 18hours. How could manage the extra time? For worker it's too much strange because the transport route was very tough to drive because lots off cutting and turning.
It's not acceptable my area people because no one new driver and conductor not come to face off and not working interested in my area
Kindly remove the new added single for both workers and passengers.
The work time may be 16 hours but in my bus totally 18 hours consider the timing for worker health based issues.

We tried calling to you so many times as you mentioned complaint number. There's no response. We struggling with MTC bus travel. There is no timing to function the bus. We need to wait more than one hours to catch the bus. Some time coming one by one. Some time cut service buses functioning. Take necessary actions for this. Route number 558B Redhills to Pazhaverkadu
And worst bus acting from viceversa Ponneri to redhills also.

From morning itself redhills bus stop still waiting 7:45am to 09:15am no bus is available yet now no timing is maintain very very very worst

Everyday we are facing the issue please resolve as soon as possible.

Time board will shows every 20 minutes buses is available but waste of time.

I would like to register complaint about a bus conductor, bus number - 570 A/C. From kumaran nagar to okkiampet was my trip at 9.16. When my stop was there I was standing near steps the driver stopped a second and started so I was not able to get off . For that the conductor shouts saying don't know how to get off and I was ideally sitting and using phone . I didn't use phone at all after karappakam station . How can he talk harshly like that?. I don't want to get off in a running way. I want my life to be safe not get any accident. Will he take responsibility if I fall while getting off in a moving bus . It's their duty to stop and start after all gets off and gets in. Totally hurt by the incident. Please kindly look on it.

46g, by morning 6.06am, which started off from Mullai nagar depot, did not go through it's usual way (central avenue road) instead went through east avenue road.
Another 46g without starting from the first stop (mullai nagar depot), started off from the vyasarpadi depot. If the bus won't go through it's specified stops, then why are those bus stops marked. Public transports are for public's convenience. But drivers are riding in their convenience. Please take appropriate action about this. Thank you.

I am writing to report an incident that occurred on a government bus, which I boarded on 03/02/2023 from MGR koyambedu to Kumananchavadi. The bus conductor, whose name I did not manage to get, was discriminating against male passengers by only issuing tickets to female passengers.
As I boarded the bus, I noticed that the conductor was only giving bus tickets to women and did not bother to issue any tickets to men. When I asked him why he was only giving tickets to women, he simply ignored me and went to sit in his seat.
This discriminatory act by the bus conductor is unacceptable and goes against the principles of equality and fairness. All passengers, regardless of their gender, have the right to purchase a bus ticket and travel on the government bus.
I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the bus conductor. It is essential that all bus conductors are trained to treat passengers with respect and not to discriminate against them based on their gender.

The bus driver was very negligent and was driving very rashly in a busy road near luz corner signal, Bus overtook my car from wrong side and bruised my car and didn’t even bothered to stop the bus . People watching were shouting but to no heed of the driver. -TN01AN0893
