MTC — Carelessness of the Conductor

My name is S.Ramprakash
on 6/07/2010 I Started from Ramapuram By 54 Express bus to reach my home at mangadu,
Nowadays 50paise was not returned by conductors , it 'll be a part in their collections, So i always having change, FROM RAMAPURAM - KUMANANCHAVADI normal ticket is 4.50(green board express buses), But that conductor was in a deep sleep he gave me a 6rs ticket and plugged my 10.50 from my hand and without returned any money , He behaved like a drunken person , so many times i explained but he acted like understanding.....

That conductor was bald headed and wearing Golden frame glass , around the age of 50,
