[Resolved]  Mufti — exchange issues

This complain is regarding a false commitment which was given to me from mufti..i had purchased a pair of jeans and a shirt from a mufti store in bistupur, jamshedpur..at the time of purchase i was told i can exchange it from.any of the mufti stores across india..after coming back to kolkata my hometown i checked the size and otheri things..somehow i went to exchange it to a mufti store in camac street in kolkata..they refused to exchange saying their system wont allow them to exchange because the discount has started in their store....what the [censored]ing system they have..please look into rhis and resolve asap..
