Full description of the incident =
On 16th april 2017 at 09.03 pm, venue city centre mall, haldia, west bengal,
I bought t-shirts of 1, 300 inr. I used the atm card of
indian bank to pay through pos. The amount of 1, 300 inr deduced through my account twice in a row.
Even after 37 days and after successive complaints there is no refund.
I have emailed to [protected]@
mufti.in and contacted to helpdesk number[protected]. But there is no progress in solving issues. (Kindly note that email bounces back on the email address mentioned in the bill attached. Dotcom bounces back! Dot in works.) (Pls see the attachment.)
I have emailed to the
indian bank atm related issues email address that is, [protected]@indianbank.co.in and contacted on the toll-free number. But no resolve. (Pls see the attachment for proof.)
I have lost my time, energy, money in e-rickshaw fare and physical strength. But there is still negligence from the
mufti and
indian bank. The height of ignorance is such that they even don't reply the emails.
So, i request
Kindly help me to get the appropriate money recovering every loss.
