I have purchased a formal pant from mufti mft[protected] light oilve (Formal pant) worth rs 3699/-, after washing the quality of the pant detoriated then i raised a complaint in the showroom and then they raised a ticket (Ticket no - tkt-129007) and then the exchange was approved from the authority.
I went to take the exchange but the shop was running 50% discount of all the items so they told to wait for 2-3 months till the fresh stock arrives.
I went waited and went again on 3rd sept. I choose to buy a pant which cost 3299/- but they are not allowing saying that i can only buy pant cost above 3699.
I was ready to take pant of rs 3299/ instead of 3699/- (Returned) but they are again forcing me, pls help me out, i am ready to forgo 400/- difference but i dont know why they are forcing me to do this.
Its very frustating. I have visiting again and again.

    My purchased date 07/01/2024 invoice memo no CM/001694/24 . Tax invoice no F60P[protected]
    Credo brands marketing pvt Ltd (savedi road ) Ahmendgar
    I had purchase 4 articles from offer buy 2 get 2 on the above mentioned date in which the said floor incharge and the sales representative at the store were guided by me for alteration and I’m which the store has zero (0) experience and has altered the jeans without informing, folded the jeans from bottom and now the bottom is thick ( bottom ulta kar diya hai )which is not as per standard coming when it comes to buying with a brand life mufti .
    I with all due respect Like to change my purchase as it was the store fault which is now being put on me as a forceful option left .
    This type of mistake by a brand is totally unacceptable and would only result in a loss of a customer
    I would like to end by saying is I want the refund for it or I want my purchases artice to be replaced by a new one or else I’ll have to find another way of doing it, and I won’t hesitate to go to consumer forum.
    Kindly consider this as an humble request

      The return pick up has not been picked up even after a week. The aggregator without connecting to me has updated the status as "Not picked up" because of which my refund is stuck. The Mufti customer service centre is not responding to my calls either. My order number is #[protected]

                I brought a mufti shirt few months ago, being from a middle class it feels great to wear a brand but today it was soo disturbing because it got torn n that to my friend said that fatte kapde phena h with in 4 months wearing shirt for 7 time buying a cloth from the brand collecting our pocket money and than this type of fabric which makes us feel down among our friends bussiness personal.

                  It was my first purchase from mufti and i was very disappointed as i have purchased a black jean of rs 1500 on 5th june 2018 from mufti. After purchase i gave it for the alteration and tomorrow i. E. On 8th june 2018 i went to take it back.

                  But when i tried, it was fallaciously altered by their tailor and when i complaint that it was too tight as i can't wear it properly.

                  First the owner of the shop said that they cant do anything now as it was already altered.
                  Sencond, when i said i told the worker that day also how i wanted it, the worker denied that i didn't even tell him. And the owner retaliated me for not telling him and told me that workers are like this only. They didnt even accept their mistake.

                  I am very disappointed with this kind of service from a valuable brand. I need interventions on the above matter and kindly resolve the issue as the jean is still with them.

                  Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to you again to let you know that how much I appreciate the outstanding efforts of Mr. Vikash Naamdev, the owner of the Mufti store in Haridwar and the workers there. I visited this store last week and I purchased a black jeans and I have some issues regarding the alteration of the jean. So I complained regarding it on June 9th 2018. But yesterday on June 11th 2018, it was completely resolved and I was so happy that it was settled in no time. Because of their efforts, I was able to get exactly what I needed and I am very much satisfied with my purchase now. I will continue to visit your store in the future, as well as recommend it to others. Please let Mr. Vikash Naamdev and their workers about there sincere efforts didn't go unnoticed. They are a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued. Thankyou team Mufti for all your endeavours. I really appreciate and promise to continue my purchases with you.                   i went gone jaipur. Than i wear the lower i see 2 hole in lower. After 3 days i went rewari. I am go in bmg mall mufti store for change the lower.till now not response me. plz help us-[protected]
                  Rude staff behavior, not speaking but barking, not doing a job but doing a big favor working at mufti MG road pune.
                  Online shopping easily available or go for some other store, don't waste your time and money at this store, instead of shopping clothes you will end up getting distressed by the staff behavior.

                    When you submit the garment at your nearest store we will be happy to assist you with the same.
                    On March 13, I bought jeans from the Mufti showroom Raja Bazaar for Rs 3600. After washing, all its color fell. Please take appropriate decision in this context and refund the money or change the material.

                    This is a serious case of fraud.

                      Full description of the incident =
                      On 16th april 2017 at 09.03 pm, venue city centre mall, haldia, west bengal,
                      I bought t-shirts of 1, 300 inr. I used the atm card of indian bank to pay through pos. The amount of 1, 300 inr deduced through my account twice in a row.
                      Even after 37 days and after successive complaints there is no refund.
                      I have emailed to [protected]@mufti.in and contacted to helpdesk number[protected]. But there is no progress in solving issues. (Kindly note that email bounces back on the email address mentioned in the bill attached. Dotcom bounces back! Dot in works.) (Pls see the attachment.)

                      I have emailed to the indian bank atm related issues email address that is, [protected]@indianbank.co.in and contacted on the toll-free number. But no resolve. (Pls see the attachment for proof.)

                      I have lost my time, energy, money in e-rickshaw fare and physical strength. But there is still negligence from the mufti and indian bank. The height of ignorance is such that they even don't reply the emails.

                      So, i request
                      Kindly help me to get the appropriate money recovering every loss.

                          Kindly find the attachment.

                          I had purchased tee shirt from mufti.
                          And when I washed that tee shirt it became amazingly longer than it was previously.
                          It was really serious issue for me as I spent 1499/- .
                          And sorry to say it wasn't worth.
                          I went to that mufti shop to tell this issue but that shop owners were not even considering my issue.
                          They kept my shirt after convincing them for long time.
                          That was really disgusting service I faced ever.

                            hi This is satish. I bought a mufti jeans pant of price Rs.2999/- on january of this year. but it is got damaged without any hard usage. this is really disgusting. and this is not good for that price. i really upset for this issue.

                            I was purchase a T-shirt and a jeans from your mufti store bikaner on 24/10/2017 but i was wearing only one time the tshirt was defected from back side . i was complaint at your store but at that time he will not replied fro this case. he was noly said that please wait for one days again and again .

                              Dear mufti team, I am a regular user of mufti brand but this time I am completely disappointed with this brand, because last month I purchase a mufti shirt worth rs 1999 but after using once it got torn.this is the first time I experienced such an issue. I also went to shop wear I had bought this shirt but shopkeeper did not returned this, he tell me to repair this but why I repair this after buying this product with a huge amount.                                   Hello, i glad to say that one of the my favorited brand is mufti. But incident is in last dec14 i puchased blue jerking worth 3500/- rupees, and his colour is gone after 3 time wash, i m very disappinted, i complaint mufti showroom amanora, magarpatta, pune. He said me its not replacement and you need to complain at mufti site. Its very embresing and feeling bad about this branded company. I hope you take care of this and replace or repare the same.                                     Sir, I have purchased a shirt from Mufti worth of 1700rs from Bhopal (M.P), I am purchasing clothes from Mufti from past 3-4 year but from this I am fully dissatisfied its colour changes while washing, its having navy blue colour on its collar and pockets but while washing it changed to faded orange you can see it in the photos below.
