DEAR MUNICIPAL COMMISSIONER,
WE, THE RESIDENTS OF PLOT NO. 28 & 29, SHIVAJI NAGAR, GOVANDI, ROAD NO. 4, MUMBAI - 43, FACING WATER PROBLEM SINCE LAST 10 YEARS. IN THIS REGARDS, WE MET SEVERAL TIMES OUR AREA'S HYDRO ENGINEER, OF M WARD MUNICIPAL OFFICE IN CHEMBUR. BUT SO FAR NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
SIR, THE FUNNY THING IS, THEY KNEW THAT THERE IS NO WATER SUPPLY IN OUR AREA SINCE LAST 10 YEARS, BUT WE GET WATER BILLS REGULARLY ON TIME. NOT A SINGLE MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEE VISIT OUR AREA TO CHECK THE WATER METER, THEY JUST SEND THE BILLS OF THERE CHOICE. ABOUT THESE BILLS, WE BROUGHT NOTICE TO THE HYDRO ENGINEER AND ACCOUNTS DEPT; TO OUR AREA'S MLA, MP & CONSULER. THEY ALL KNOWS OUR PROBLEM AND WATER BILLS MATTER, BUT NO ONE TRYING TO SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS.
SIR, WITH GREAT HOPES, WE ARE WRITING TO YOU, FOR GOD SAKE, PLEASE RECTIFY OUR PRECIOUS PROBLEM.
WE THE RESIDENTS OF GOVANDI WILL PRAY FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
WITH BEST REGARDS, Was this information helpful? |
1) 2.5 FSI is allowed on total land for new layout.
2) For the existing housing scheme 2.5 FSI is on plot. but MCGM is giving it on total layout including road, R.G. & allowing to loading of all FSI on individual plot upto 3.5 FSI.
3) In clause (2) 2.5 FSI is not allowed for HIG societies (like colony at JVPD), but to take the benefit of 2.5 FSI these HIG tenement is converting into MIG & also redevelopment cases are submitted to MCGM as well as JVPD layout.
4) The main aim of increasing 1.2 FSI to 2.5 FSI is for rehabilitation of old buildings of LIG tenement but now advantages are taking up by developer for creating huge housing stock which will create pressure on infrastructure of city.
