I Horilal H Makhna Residing at same address in (INDIA) With my family I working in Merchant NAVY As Electrical Officer under MSC Ship Management Pvt LTD-Cyprus, My PASSPORT NO : H9763288, INDIAN CDC NO : MUM-128171. Pan No : AYAPM7368K.
My wife and my two minor daughters are staying alone at my aforesaid address and there are no other persons who looked after my family.
My Family is ill treated and threatened for assassination and harassed badil in my absence by using very bad non-parlimentary words by the public near-by to my wife as I am working in ship (Abroad) . my wife made complaint to the local Mumbai police –bycala twice complaint no : 311/14 date :23/02/2014 time15:30, (2) 430/14 date : 11/03/2014, (3) FIR NO :78, date : 11/03/2014, but the necessary action was not being taken by the police.
The mentioned below personsis troubling my family at-mostly
I am staying in the society where there was illegal structure which obstruct our right of way and there was so may illegalities and irregularities in respect of the management of the society’s affairs by so called committee members who high handedly became sty committee members
1) Infact there are so many nuisance and highhanded act by the said committee members and one ground floor members thus I have no alternative but to file a civil suit in the Bombay city civil court. But before I lodged the said suit I have to report my present duty hence I have no alternative but to leave for the job but as my C.A. my wife has filed above suit.
2) On filing of the above suit the said committee members now started harassed my wife and two minor daughters . Infact because of the said nuisance my wife has to take medical treatment. Now the said committee members and said illegal encroacher has threatened my wife and always passing comments and harassed them. I am worried as they know that I am on ship and I cannot immediately reach to protect my family and property. My wife is so panic as my two daughters are scared as while going and coming, this committee members more particularly Mr Imran siddque and Mr Basir and always sitting in compounds and harassed them and passed dirty comments. Mr Imran saying –Iam the under Dawood Ibrahim Gang . I am able to do anything and he is saying bycala police senior inspector is in my pocket also the police has not yet taken any necessary action to protect my family. He is threatening my wife that I will let your husband in trouble and also file any case against your husband and always keep him in jail.
3) Against the said harassment my wife went to Byculla police station, but said police officer did not cooperate and refused to lodge FIR. Infact he insulted my wife that there is nothing happened then she has to come. Sir please to understand that do you think that we have to wait till something happened with my family member. Absolutely No
4) I am requesting you that please to protect my family and property by given necessary help as it appears that the said committee members and encroachers joint their hands and there are chances that they have managed with police station. Thus I required your help to looked in to matter and provide necessary all help like to take action against police officer and to give protection to my wife by providing security.
5) Prompt and immediate action and kind help my family members always thanks to you

Public Harassment.. Javed Qureshi, Sabir Qureshi, Taj Qureshi have started up an illegal butcher house at RASSOL BUILDING, DIMTIMKAR ROAD, J.J MARG, MUMBAI 400008..(LANDMARK: MASTAN TALAB MAIDAN).. These people cut 50 buffaloes each day and creates traffic. They do this evry day at morning 7:00 am to 9:00 am which is the usual school going time which makes it irritating because the way is fully blocked and traffic too and if we go to say anything then they start showing their manpower and police in our area also does not take any actions inspite of knowing everything..

Sir, this is to inform that in dadar west near to station there are many road hawkers selling fire crackers and the local police in charge are taking bribe from them . i want to inform you that few years before because of this nearly 9-10 shop were burned . firstly the road hawkers are not allowed on road there are putting such a big stalls and creating inconvience to the local people as well the the shop owners . please look into this matters asap .looking for a positive response from your side .

Dombivli Vishnunagar Police Station and Kopar Police Chowki is supporting villagers who are politicians and builders and building owners they are harassing local residents in spite of knowing the complaint filed by this building owners are false the ulterior motive is to vacate this Old Pagadi Tenants.
The Police Station even does not value court judgments and status quo signed by the honorable judges to maintain and not to disturb the tenants.
So many cases are filed against these local villagers they are all big gangsters who are controlling politic and law.

respected sir...myself a house wife from pune..i had filed a civil case on my cousin uncle in bhosri police station and bandra police stat 2 yrs bak, my complaint was regarding my uncle ramesh purohit who has borrowsd some amount from me and my family n now not ready to repay bak, thus he is sending some detectives n other people to my house to harres me i hav complaint to bhosri plice station many times b4 this they cooperated me vnisely, thay warned the detective named <pardhuram jadhav> who says he is a retired police officer bt still he is going on harresin me n he has now started to send other people to my house n threeten me, as i m alone at home with my kids i m too scared abt the things going on, , , , thus i hav called the bandra police many times bt they r nt ready to cooprate me i had also gone to bandra police station bt they didnt even tak to me proplerly, n as my case is seen by some policemen named mr.pawar i m calling him many times bt he doesnt reci my call ...i hav many times drop a letter to the police commisner to mumbai also bt no action is taken regarding this...we the normal middle class people think tht police men r our real friends who were, are, n will take o[censored]s bt now i think this thinking is wrong in the cas of bandra police...

My complain of 2006/2007 is still pemdimg even Polce commissioner Mumbai never even acnkowlede not taken any action. This is only system to time pass.As even my recenet complain foir this matter to commissinor 7/6/2013 against Tilaknagar police station is not even acknowlwdged by Mumbai Police Commissionor.As Tilaknagar police station is not even ready to read court order hence now I am filling the suit for contamt of court.

This is to inform you that on 07/01/2013 I purchased a Room of 10*20=200 square feet area Hrwade

Pada Dhaneev Bag Nalasopara East from Mr. Anand Rampyare Singh through agent Chandramoul

Mishra &amp; Shivshankar Mishra With Total Amount of Rupees Two lakh Thirty Thousand I have paid them

total amount of rupees one lakh forty thousand by cash &amp; cheques as an initial amount and it has been

promised by these property persons that you can accommodate the room on 15th march 2013 by that

time all the required arrangements like electricity water supply etc will be made for you.

In continuation to above context on 6th march 2013 Anand singh has taken original property papers from

me saying that they are required for electricity supply &amp; proof construction purpose. Since then whenever

I tried calling Anand singh either does not pick my call or switch off his cell phone.

When I visited the place july-2013 and I try continuously to contact Chandramoul Mishra &amp; Shivshankar

Mishra but not answering call.

After that they had given me a cheques o[censored]nion bank of India Oshiwara Jogeshwari West Mumbai

cheques no-468279 account no-43241 of Rs. 40000, But the given check got bounce

Then I call them to know about bounce and they told me to register the case with police and we are not

going to give your money back.

Please note that on the verge of making my own house I have invested my all money &amp;broke my PF

amount, LIC policies and then only booked a small room through Anand Singh and given all the money to

singh, Chandramoul Mishra &amp; Shivshankar Mishra for such fraud property affair and bounce cheques

issue by taking legal action against them and Kindly return my money of Rs.40000 as early as

possible.(One Lakh returned by them to me by giving another room at same location )

With due respect please note that i am Sanjay Tiwari s/o Markandey tiwari residing at Mira rd. sir i purchased a load baring flat on 11th november 2013 from the builder Mr Sanjay Singh s/o Sheshbahadur singh.address of this flat is Room no 408, 4th floor, jivdani apt, bldg no 2, bidhyavasini nagar, 90 ft rd, ostwal nagri, nalasopara east, tal - vasai, dist- thane. total cost of flat is 2lk, i paid him 185000 through checks and cash. sir on 7th december i got a call from my neighbour that lock is broken and there is no my name plate on the door. immediately i call to sanjay singh and asked about the incidence. he started giving me lot of excuses that due to some family dispute my brother Ajay singh has broken lock. he gave me a post dated 10th jan 2014 check of Rs 185000 and he promised that he would give me that flat and if he could not give me that flat in that case i could deposit this check in my act. sir i deposit that check and it get bounce. now he is giving me lot of excuses and not ready to give me money or flat.
sir, yesturday morning i visited to nalasopara local police station and asked them to lodge a complaign against Sanjay Singh but they are not ready to lodge my complain and they adviced me that it is a check bounced case you should take suggesion from advocate.
Sir, this fraud is very comman in nalasopara . this small builders sold 1 flat to many people.
sir as per my knowledge many times sanjay singh has been arrested in different cases but then also they are not ready to lodge my complain.
sir, kindly look in to matter and resolve the issue.

Well I will take actions against you people now...

1. FOR TAKING MONEY AND WITHOUT AGREEMENT TRYING TO TRAP WITH TRIAL ROUND FOR FOUR IDS (FOUR OUT OF FIVE AS ONE WAS RETURNED DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM THROUGHOUT). YOUR PERSON HAD ASKED TO BRING LAP TOP ONLY THEN HE CAN HELP FOR ONE CASE FOR WHICH WE HAD FAILED (WE DIDN'T HAVE OUR OWN LAPTOPS AT ALL) AND RETURNED THE CD. ALSO YOUR MADAM ACCEPTED THAT SHE HAD FORGOTTEN TO TELL TO TEACH TO GIVE SERIAL NOS FOR COPYING AND THEREFORE ONE PECULIAR MISTAKE HAPPENED WITH FOUR IDs.

2. WAS NOT TOLD THAT FOR CORP ID I NEED TO HAVE A CO AND THEN 'HOW CAN YOU PEOPLE DU IT SO DESPERATELY BY CHEATING- BY SWALLOWING THE MONEY?

3. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT IF A PERSON DEFAULTS TWICE THEN HIS MONEY WILL BE FORFEITED, I HAVE THE PROOF ALSO AVAILABLE WITH ME.

Myself Firoz Ali, from Borivali west (Mumbai). Let me comes in to my issue. Am booked a flat in a under construction building in Nallasopara out skirts of mumbai, its under the muncipal corporation of Thane district. Builder name is M/s Prathavi Builders.

Accordingly visited their office and they shown the site and we fix the flat number also.As per their booking regulation i have paid 5 lakh and after i paid 15000 X 24 months as EMI . recently i came to know that they were cheated more than 300 people .

The said building was not belongs to them and later came to know that this M/s. Prathavi Builders were not a builder they are just a real estate dealer. We all victims gather and complaint against them in Police station ( Nallasopara ) and after few months they got arrested and now they are in bail. We dont know what to do and whom to approach .

All the victims are from lower middle class family. Sir this is our hard earn money.
