I had applied for police clearance to travel abroad on the 6th of Dec 2021 and the application was on hold in the local police station (Mahim) untill the 7th of Jan 2022 and then approved and sent to CFC where it was approved in 2 days and yet I am unable to Print the certificate, this whole process should take only one month, but because of the delay of the Mahum police station I have to suffer, and I dont even know when the digital signature...

My mother is 91 years old and totally bedridden for the last 2 years. She is taken care of by two lady para-medical staff, one during the day and other at night.

With the lockdown, both these ladies are unable to travel to their home and back. The police doesn't allow them in an auto. Even the bus conductors don't allow them to travel by bus.

I am constrained to draw your attention to the growing menace of thieves near my office locality bkc

The policeman is a rare sight in this crowded and growing locality. Taking advantage of the absence of the police around, some goondas are freely indulging in thefts and robberies. During this months many robbery have taken place in buses, it was 11th december when i was going back home from my office which is at bharat diamond bourse (Bdb) also know as bandra diamond market, (Bkc - mumbai).

I just entered the bus opp bkc police station and at very next stop i realized my phone was stolen, after than i suddenly went to bkc police station for the complaint, the police officer lodged my complaint and gave me fir, till the time another guy came to lodged the complaint even his phone was stolen from the same route and same way and in bus only (You can check records in the fir book), than my fir processed was done and while leaving one more guy came he might have lodged complained before one week i guess and was asking about the status of his phone which was stolen from bus only within half an hour i got to know about the 3 cases of the phone and also i have heard many of them saying about his / her phone stolen from bkc while travelling in bus., dont know how many phones might have got stolen, i mean people are not safe even near the police station in mumbai.

I am not complaining about someone not doing their job properly but i would request mumbai police to investigate this case bit more seriously and i trust and have faith in mumbai police that they will help me in this case and help me in getting my phone back at the earliest.

Request you to take this case seriously, i do understand its a small case for you but the value of phone was rs, 64900 which is very big amount for me, it took me one year to complete the emi of my phone. I can not force you to do that all i can do is request you.

I hope mumbai police will help me, and catch the thief at the earliest so that no more robberies happen and people of mumbai city feel safe in the guardians of mumbai police

Law failed to deliver justice on the right time. Seems the authorities are awaiting for mischap and disaster caused by the police support. Mr koyande an former inspector of mumbai police (Vikhroli, kannamwar nagar) showed sick signs to the victims of the financial fraud by taking bribe from the culprit mr harish desai the fraudster and helped him to delay the case for 8 long years. Shame on mumbai police and law for its untruthful, illegal and unethical way to delay easy judgement and too late only to favour the culprit. Mr koyande and culprit his partner are enjoying best time in hotels all spending the looted money of poor individuals. Is law going to deliver justice after the death of remaining poor aged people, cause most of the victims have crossed 65+ age. Shame.

Sir the traffic police & cops catch hold of me drinking & driving case at goregaon east near to lucky restaurant at around 12 mid night on 5/10/16.. I co operate with them & told them i drank 30ml of black dog whiskey around 8 p. M which is 4 hours back which is under permissible limit. After that also i had my dinner. They kept on waiting me on the road by snatching the car key & my dl. After waiting for 25minutes on road they told me to drive down with a traffic constable without saying the destination reason being they do not have the machine at site. I followed the instruction.. They took me to traffic bit under arrey fly over goregaon east. I waited in a room almost for 25 minutes again. They used to lock my door from outside in between.. When i asked about why getting delayed for testing which is a very simple process, over heard from a lady constable says the machine is getting charged..in between one star rank traffic police came to the room started talking in hint language of giving the bribe (Name was mr. Anil as he said when i asked) which i denied. He started scaring me by threatening, i shall get a lesson tomorrow by going to the court. My license will get cancelled. I shall end of paying 4.400 rupees etc etc.. Aftet half an hour waiting got to know i have to go to another destination for testing which is 5 kms away, near to matoshri jogeswari east. Without hesitation i went along with 5 other traffic police & police cop. Among them one lady traffic constable was there. On travel they keep on taunting me in marathi... Keep on laughing at me.. Finally i reached the destination & gave the test. As they did not find me guilty, tried hard for couple of times to proof i am wrong. Finally they take me back to the arrey bit & left. Sir, my question is how a normal citizen will go through this type of harassment so late in the mid night because of the faulty system. Why so late in the night i was detained for so long because of the machine. Is this my punishment that i admit it. My rc book was seized by a regular policeman at a naka (rwale, airoli) for apparently jumping a signal. after showing him all the documents in original, he asked "how should we settle this"? on being told clearly that i intend to pay only rs.100, the official amount for jumping a red light, he seized my rc card then rode away with it to come back with a challan slip. the challan slip has no provision for seizing the rc but has been modified by hand to mention that my rc has been seized.
Question#1:when i am ready to pay the fine on the spot, is it legal for the police to seize my rc just to make it inconvenient to come back the next day to pay the same fine? if it's illegal i wish to initiate a legal complaint.
Question#2 : can a regular policeman check me for traffic offence and seize my original rc card? if he is not empowered by the law to do so, i would like to initiate legal proceeding against him.

On 07/04/16 my colleague in mumbai @10:40 am, received a call from a person name-deepak verma, cell # [protected] / [protected]. Posing as an executive of sbi (State bank of india) location-bkc mumbai, asking for atm card details as the card is been blocked.

@10:44 am again he called for providing proper details along with the aadhar card no.

@10:44 am my colleague called on acp sb tollfree [protected], spoke to the senior officer incharge & told him about the incident with the recordings only for the sake of alertness. He suggested report the matter to the nearest police station.

@10:50 am again deepak verma called but my colleague gave him an excuse that he is driving so call back in 15 minutes.

@10:54 am my colleague reached to the nearest police station. The incharge officer on hearing the whole incident replied him not to entertain such fake calls as she herself is the victim of such calls my colleague requested her at least to lodge a complaint as he is providing her the mobile numbers. But she replied that she cant take a complaint as the person (Fake caller) had not given him any badwords/threats etc. She then told him to callback on the received mobile number which was “out of coverage area”. She suggested that if the same person calls back then tell him to meet at your nearest location & report to us.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have applied for renewal of my passport and this is the third renewal. I had applied on the 2/02/2015 at Mumbai. Now I have finished my police verification on 6th Feb 2015. They told me to get my money back in 6-7 months as accused was arrested. However, it has been more than 6 years I am in follow up with Police officials but no response from their end. This is to say every time i have to call the police control or the local police station, they come and when they leave, they start again...if we had complianed the local police station says what to do these guys are ill-literate..

I really dnt know how can the police be quiet, when the things are happening on the back yard of Shahu nagar police station..

There was a theft in my house on the 17/02/2010.And my FIR no is 44/10 .
It has been almost a month and i have not had any update on the complaint .

Whenever i go to the police station i get a reply that we are looking into the matter and will be updated if any progess is made
.However i feel they have a laid back attitude toward the case

My wife had filled a false case against me of 498-A, 34, 125. According to this supreme court ordered protesting against the CrPC amendments police cannot arrest me directly without investigation in this Act then also the police of Wakola had arrested me and my parents by destroying my and my parents Image and reputation in the society which was really a merciful, now there is a question arising that we are true or not for that I will proof briefly as below :-

1. Just check out the police record against my father in law Mr. Mohammed Aziz Mansuri and his son Mohammed Safi Mansuri, you will recognize how this people are harassing mentally, Physically and financially to the society, they had made this business to make money in short time, how greedy they are and making the misuses of Act 498-A and 125 IPC. The minister Renuka Chaudhary, a committee member of the committee of empowerment of women, had given this interview in NDTV that 98% women are making misuse of this act then also uptill now no changes had been made.

2. You can see the background of my wife and her family members they had done the marriage of their younger daughter and now they are asking for money for the settlement by this you can know how greedy and how professional being by misusing of 498A and 125 IPC.

3. My wife had given a false statement in Wakola police station which is clearly seemed to be false. She had given a statement that I had attacked on her head with knife by inserting knife into her head up to 2-3 inches inside, while lady police had asked her that where is the sign where the knife has inserted in her head, by this question only she was caught that she was giving a false statement which was teached by her parents, for this I had attached that statement copy with this complaint.

4. As they had started giving me Physically, Mentally and financially Stress by filling false case IPC 125 in Bandra family court and 498A filled in Bandra 32 SDM Court, by this the problem arises every date given by both the court and both the court are issuing several hearing dates different day by which I have to make up down from surat to Mumbai once a week. These circumstances are creating money crises to me as I am doing service in a shop, but due this problem I am unable to attend the job daily, due to this I am not getting the salary even to travel to Mumbai and attend the dates issued by court., by this you can recognize that how I am suffering due to this false case.

5. From last 17 month I am suffering due to the mental harassment given by my wife and her parents. They are demanding money to settle this cases. From starting onwards of my marriage they had started demanding money from me and I had given them also several times. Once a time I had received a advance money from my customer for new computer, I had taken that money to my house by this thought that I will assemble new computer next day, while sleeping at night my wife took that money which I received from my customer along with my child had ran away in the midnight to Mumbai without informing me from my rented house which I had taken only for her wish to stay separately from my parents at nanpura, Surat.. As she had make a call to me by saying that “when my father had asked you for money you had refused to give him, but now I had taken the money and given to father, so don’t worry about that”, this incident has taken place on 15/07/2006.

6. They had filled two false cases one in Family Court that I am earning Rs. 30, 000/- per month and from which they need Rs. 15, 000/-, and in SDM Court they stated that I was asking Rs. 50, 000/- as dowry. From her parents, as she was staying with her parents since 17 months.and I was not allowing to meet my wife and also both my children’s. On 01/11/2008 I went to Mumbai to meet my wife and my children’s but they attacked me and hurted my head. As I complained about this matter at wakola police station but they didn’t filed the FIR against them and only registered the N.C. Complain (No. 5671/2008, 01/11/2008), at that time I was injured badly and was bleeding. I told the police personnel’s to file my complain in hindi but they refused and told me to sign me in a complain which was written in marathi which I couldn’t understand. If you think that I am laying then you can see the cc camera tv recording of 01/11/2008 of Wakola police station.

7. I had given complaints in written on 27/12/2008 to (1). Sr. Police Inspecter, Samajseva Branch, Mumbai, (2) Asst. Police Commissioner, Bandra Zone, Mumbai, (3) D.C.P Bandra Kurla Branch, Mumbai, (4) Sr.Inspector, Vakola, Santacruz. But I can’t under stand that why they not taken any action against my complain while they had complain on 15/01/2009 and action had been taken why ? I think you can better understand this circumstances. They are trying to make me criminal any how . I had attached that copies of the complaints herewith.

8. Since last 17 months I was not allowing to meet my children’s, they are demanding money and threatening me that they have many sources to secure money from my side. Whenever I cal to their number to talk to children’s they receive the call and disconnect it after few seconds and second time when I call they uses such words which I cannot mention in this statement but I have recorded it in my cell.

9. They are saying that that I had, kick them out from house on 29th Dec.2007, which is fully false statement because I have four person as witness which can prove that how false they are I.am attaching affidavit of that four person .

10. If their parents are using their daughters to make money in such a way then what will be the future of my childrens, as they have already changed the their names and surname.

I want to ask the government, why such law you making in which u can’t do the investigation and taking blind action against husband family?, why when wife’s does the suicide the police take the action against husband and his family and why when husband does suicide no action is taken against wife and his family ? just give me answer that if I am doing suicide will government or law will take action against my wife and her family. Sir I am really ruined in this matter by physically, mentally and financially, now I am seeing death better than life .There is not fixed that how long I can bear this matter, my mental is so disturb due to this harassment. My next court date issued on 07/05/2009 and family court on 11/05/2009, you can see how false harassment is doen on me, just once a day keep your self on my place you will know what a worst life I m suffering, just due to misused of this act because no investigation tacking place once you do the special investigation you will know what is true and false .

Hope you will take strict action against such person who are making law as a business and misusing to make money in easy way.

Kindly look after this matter as a father who had done every thing what ever they needed and even left his parents only for his childrens, and now I can only watch my childrens future being letting inside dark but cannot do anything for them. I am not a well educated person, so one of my friend had translated this statement from Hindi to English. So please forgive me if you find any mistake in the wordings .
