Sir, I am resident o[censored]rban Estate Dugri, Phase II Ludhiana.My area has about 4000 houses of different sizes.I wish to state that condition of roads in this area is pathetic ,roads are almost non-existent in this thickly populated area.We have complained to the concerned authorities Municipal corporation and Greater Ludhiana Development Authority so many times but nobody is listening. I would like to bring to your kind notice that the people of Ludhiana city are facing a very severe problem due to stray dogs in the city. I quote an example of one location only i.e. Cheema Colony, Ganesh Nagar, Shiva Ji Nagar, New Shiva Ji Nagar, New Hargobind Nagar, Hargobind Nagar areas. There are hundreds of Stray Dogs in these localities and have become a trouble for the residents of the areas. I am failed to understand as to why the Municipal Corporation is not taking any step to catch these stray dogs. Number of times the dogs bite the passers by, cyclists, scooter/bike riders etc. Some timese these dogs cause of accidents.
It is our humble request to your worthyself to please look into the matter and take immediate steps to solve this terrible problem of the general public.

respected mayor sahib, app ji nu benti kiti jandi hai, sab roads nu put ke hi tyar kita jave, kyunki roads ucche hon nal sab ghara vich pani jan de chance wad janda hai.
