[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Street light and high mast not working

I am a resident of E-35, Shivaji Marg, Adarsh Nagar. Delhi 110 033. There is a high mast tower installed in the park opposite my house but it is never operational. MCD had installed various fancy pathway lights in the park in addition to the high mast but with no maintenance or monitoring, everything was removed / stolen gradually. The park is in shambles now. No action was taken on this for replacement and monitoring.This has lead to pitch dark conditions inside the park making it unusable after dark by anyone including children and elderly. Moreover at such times lumpen elements are seen getting together in the park to take advantage of dark conditions creating a law and order problem in the area. You are requested to forward this complaint to the concerned department / agnecy so that corrective action can be taken and we do not face further inconvenience please. Sir,
Our Mast light opposite H>no.149, in jagriti enclave, vikas marg extension, Delhi-92 is not working since at least last one year, we have complained to BYPL office, office of local MLA Mr Naseeb Singh, Municipal corporator Mr. Mahinder Jain hundreds of times but we are sorry to say that nothing has happened till todate and the high mast light is still not working and there is pitch dark in the park and because of that there is a possibility of some bad character hidding behind the bushes. in the ineterst of the residents I once again request you to kindly get out mast light repaired at the earliest. an early action in this regard will be hightly appreciated by all the residents.

All Street lights are on during day time since I have notice from the last month on Palam Dabri road Delhi 110045. One of my employees who reside in that area was telling me that there was no electricity in his colony throughout night yesterday. I really feel shame on BSES department who are not aware of wasting huge electricity on street lights which are 24 hours on and other hand the are trying to save electricity by cutting it in residential area.
