[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — computerized public grievances redressal system of the MCD not functioning

Dear Sir,


There is leakage of water pipe on the main road (located at) near DDA shopping complex, opp Sanjai Stores (Moti Bagh) / Adj Sargun property DDA shopping complex / just near to small Hanuman Mandir at the corner of Ram Lila Park of DDA Slum Colony, Delhi, where lot of water is wasted from the hole. Please look into the matter and arrange to get it repaired so that valuable can be saved.

I VERRY DISOPOINTED WITH STREET ROAD WORK IN 'L'BLOCK JAIL ROAD-64 WEST DELHI, ROAD EDGES ARE NOT ZERO, SO MORE CHANCE FOR ACCIDENTS AND WATER LOGGING, WORK DONE ON SUNDAY IN VERRY HAVY RAIN, VERRY POOR QUALITY WORK, CONTRACTOR WAS NOT PRESENT DURING WORK HOLE DAY AND LABBOUR BEHAVIOR IS NOT GOOD, AND ROAD WORKS IS NOT UPTO THE MARK...I THINK THIS IS ALL MANUPLATED MONEY GAME BETWEEN CONTRACTOR AND MCD & RWA BECOUSE IN OUR STREET WE WAS NOT NEED THIS HALF BLACK ROAD, OUR OLD RCC ROAD WAS MUCH BETTER FROM THIS, THIS IS WASTAGE OF MONEY BUT ELECTIONS COMES ETC...THINK ABOUT IT FOR NATION

I have an office located on Outer Ring Rd. at K 131/2 Krishna Park Extn. adjoining Tilak Nagar, Ganesh Nagar area. The garbage is being collected and piled up in front of my office by sweeping staff of MCD. But it is not being removed from here for the reason that they want "chai pani". When my office boy asked them to remove it, they just ignored his request. On persisting, he was advised to arrange some chai pani on monthly basis. Kindly forward my compliant to the concerned person for immediate action.

I, Parvez Ahmed working as Assistant Director, under MIn. of Textiles having residence at Gulshan Apt., 18/6 A, Jogabai Ext. near happy home, have a complain regarding opening of Poultry shop in my building. Despite repeated request to the owner, he is cutting the chicken and making a lot of nuisance. School going children are frightened seeing blood and sound of chicken. All the garbage of chicken and blood of lying in the shop, which will definitely going to create a health hazard. Resident of nearby building were against the opening of this shop, but any how it is opened now and running despite our protest. The shop is open without getting proper licence from MCD.

I request you to look into the matter, and do the needful. Your early response will be highly appreciated.

I was trying to find mcd on line grievance cell. I just can't find it.There is a lot of sewage water collected right next to our gate. This comes from house number 254 Sukhdev Vihar, Okhla New Delhi.It stinks all day. It is eye an sore.We have small children here in our homes.It is a heath hazard.Does mcd bother? There are manholes missing around the place.Does it matter to the mcd if some one falls into one of these and dies? MCD seems to be so callous and indiffrent to these things. I won't be disappointed if no action is taken since I don't expect any.

We are resident of lado sarai, south delhi.

We the resident of lado sarai, new delhi 30 and we suffering for an illegal and unothorised encroachment in front of one house, house no f-15, lado sarai. Actually he was recently redesign his whole house around 150 feets area. Now he made ground floor to fourth floor for rental purpose. while he was redesign his house whole line of our area suffering because of huge noice of construction and dust

I am following with MCD S.South Zone since last 1 year for my pending complaint against illegal construction in my area lado sarai but till today no one from MCD is ready to take any action.

The behavior of MCD officers are very rude. Due to illegal construction my self and my family is facing lot of problem in terms of safety and security.


I requested to you kindly take this matter on urgent basis. We are in trouble for last 3 months.

Also request you let us know what next step we will take again this illegal encroachment. So that i will bring this matter in notice of RTI or PGC.

I would like to draw the kind attention of MCD commissioner on the unauthorized by the owner and builder of h.no f-15 and f-27, lado sarai new delhi 30
and resident of area feels non convenient due to this illegal and unothorised construction. this is all happen in collusion with the local mcd officials. please remove these construction soon. we have made camplaints about this many times to deputy commissioner of south zone, but no action has been taken till todays date so kindly take the matter a urgent one and take a serious action against them

1) People living there are putting the wastage items of there houses
2) Dog are making lattering in the street, very foul smell is coming always.
3) People has Make it a Permanent Parking full day & and full night as there on courtyard. No budy can enter to the street with his any goods require for there houses.
4) No sweeper of the corporation had clean the street ever and no sanitary officers have visited the street.

2. That the above said respondents have also illegaly constructed/covered over there and have occupied illegaly on the above stated public land.and they are covering gali with chhzas and balcony


3. that the above said respondent have illegaly put their goods tyres etc. on the above stated encroached public land without any sanction and permission from any public authority.


4. that due to the above said illegally storage of goods in the encroached land by the above stated respondents, the public is facing huge difficulties
.Kindly take the necessary actions to resolve this issue. this is very important matter due to this illegal construction there us darkness in gali and no light is there peaple of the locaclity are having problems to go out side from there house

i would like to inform u that some illegal and unauthroized construction is going at d d a flats no 254 lado sarai, new delhi-30 south zone without any premission and sanctioned plan from mcd. so, i therefore request u to kindly stop this illegal n unauthrozied construction, bcoz it will cause harm to public of this block and it is very dangerous for all the memebers of this block. AND PLZ KINDLY SEND YOUR CONCERNED PERSONS FOR VISITING THIS PROPERTY/ BUILDING, i once again request u to take strick and legal action against the owner of this property for unauthroized construction at flat no 254, lado sarai, new delhi 30 .

No timely action being taken by MCD to stop illegal construction in stilt parking area at 2B-50, Ramesh Nagar, Opp. Post office by Mr. Pardip Kumar for the reasons best known to the MCD officials.In this regard, Grievance ID nos.GRV/CTZ/2014/00050 and GRV/WSZ/2014/000285 are lying un-attended with the concerned deptt.

Pls. refer to Grievance id nos. GRV/CTZ/2014/00050 and GRV/WSZ/2014/000285 dt. 29 jan and 30 jan, 2014 resp. and take prompt action to stop illegal construction in stilt parking area by Mr. Pardip Kumar at 2B-50, Opp. Post Office, Ramesh Nagar.

Sir with due regard it is submitted that the condition of the nail in Street No. 56, B Block, Hanuman Kunj, Sant Nagar, Burari is very bad. It is chocked and required immediate action. The dirty water if flowing on the road. It has not been cleaned for a long time. I shall be highly thankful if you kindly take immediate action to clean the same at the earliest.

Not working of Traffic Light

In the area of Munirka DDA flats traffic light is not working just near the new bridge. I hope that the MCD will repair it.

Severege water is coming in my home when it rains. Plz give us some solution We are very much disturbed from it nobody is taking care since last few years.
