[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Hoardings

Address:Delhi

Dear Sir,
Let me give us our brief introduction as manufacturer & exporter of Silver jewelery from last 2 decades located in Special Economic Zone, Noida (U.P).

The name of our company from Divay Jewellers Pvt.Ltd. has been changed to Sterling Ornaments Pvt.Ltd.in 2006.

Two months ago we received demand notice from Municipal corporation of Delhi asking us to pay fine against the hoarding displayed at South extension part-I without their prior permission.

On receipt of thier notice we personally visited their office at Kashmere gate and met the concerned commercial officer Mr.Ashok Bhardwaj on 29/04/2010 and who is not all interested to listen and asked us to submit the response and they will look into the matter

In spite of various mail and clarification given to MCD they harrassed us by sending notices and mails asking us to pay penalty nor they will take legal action against us. The hoarding does not belong to us then why shall be pay fine or penalty.

At last we investigated the matter and visited the site and really shocked the way MCD official works even without knowing the facts and truth harrassed the inonocent people. During investigation we found that there is a ship in the name of Divya Jewel at South Ex and the hoarding which was in the name of Divya Jewel was on the same building and we are attaching picture just for your reference.

You can see how the top official works and harrass the people but there is no action against them

Thanks
Manoj Chopra

Sterling R.O. — Stray Dogs

I am a resident od A-309, Derawala Nagar, Delhi 110009. The neighbourhood including our family are really disturbed by the situation of stray dogs. One might not believe but there are about 25 dogs - all in the radius of 10 metres and they cause a lot of problems for passer-bys and the residents. I request the concerned authorities to take action.

I really do not know how this complaint forum works. But if there is anyone who can give me advice on how to deal with this menace it will be really awesome.

Hoardings — Hoardings on Roads

There is a lot of hordings put on the road. The people want to show their power and nothing. Two months ago they have made a permanant gate (steel pipes) on the common road and put their hordings with all the photographs of their uniity without asking anyone who stays in this area.

I personnaly request please look into this.
