SIR, There is illegal and unauthorised construction is going on in area of 100 sq yarde with illegal BOREWELL and house with no permission of M.C.D. Please do something there of MAFIA of this illegal construction is RAKESH SAINI SON OF MUNSIRAM SAINI, 2811/210, VISHRAM NAGAR, TRI-NAGAR, DELHI-110035. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.
