Although I agree that dog attacks are not acceptable and the public must be protected, a secured catch-sterilize-release program would be more humane. Performing a mass killing is likely to be done by shotgun, gas or beating in this area, which is completely outside the moral norm. I find the concept to be harsh and heartless. If you must euthanize, then use a humane method - injection into the front leg vein.
