[Resolved]  Myflowertree — Deficient Service

Dear Manager
I am forwarding the copy of your email confirming the booking of my order to deliver flowers+cake+card to my wife on 23 Jan 12 order no MFT42057

You would agree that you are in the business of delivering emotions and hence you would permit to put forward this complaint in a very emotional manner.

1. As you see the delivery was for a flowers - which was delivered as required.

2. The next was the cake - with the message as indicated in your order booking- written on it. BUT The cake was DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY MESSAGE ON IT !!!!.

3. The CARD was to be delivered with my message printed on it. BUT- The card was delivered without the message and to and insult to injury - a small piece of paper, torn by hand out very evidently from a larger sheet of paper was used. This small hand torn piece of paper with my message printed on it was STAPLED!! on a piece of card paper and delivered!!!.

The reason why people ask you to deliver things is because they themselves are not at that moment capable of delivering a class product and hence rely on you to deliver it - CLASS - through the gifts we choose to deliver. I would like to know, how many people in the management of your company or the people working in your esteemed company deliver messages on a torn bits of paper stapled to it to their own loved ones

The saddest part is, this entire thing showed how cheaply to consider me as your customer and truly has shown that your company lacks the finesse and class required of you to deliver world class product. To say the least it is a downright INSULTING experience

To top up all this when i call in obvious anger to your customer care centre, your very esteemed man on the other end a Mr Rohit Singh, nonchalantly asks me to send an e-mail and they will see what can be done.!!!. My repeated requests to speak with someone higher or more responsible was refused stating company policy. For a company that so zealously enforces 'Company Policy' it is surprising the policy of delivery on the customer promise for which i have been billed is, shocking.

You know what your company has done today, the day of my marriage anniversary - ruined it as the sense of having done something nice is spoilt by the insensitive and insulting manner in which my case has been handled.

I would really like somebody senior in your organisation to tell me how u intend to redress my complaint. That is if someone is seeing this at all and desires to redress is.
